Fantastic hotel! Located next to the train station, there is a subway station within a three-minute walk nearby, which is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices.

Good size room. Very comfortable pillows. Excellent location within a very short walking distance of the central train station and downtown. Very good window sound insulation on a busy street. Good A/C. A couch and a comfortable chair in the room. We did not try the breakfast.

Location was very close to everything we needed. The breakfast was superb…so many options and well made and prepared food!!!! The receptionist, Polina, was phenomenal. I travelled alone with two small children and I felt so comfortable and safe because she helped me. She made my check in super easy, assisted me with all questions I had about the area, and helped me when I left as well. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also so attentive and welcoming. The food I ate (dinner, cocktails, and breakfast) was superior. I can’t wait to go back and stay there again! Thank you for the great reception and for the warm hospitality. The best hotel in terms of customer service I have ever had in 7 years of German travel.

My favorite part was the three saunas in the fitness room. Ask for a bathrobe at Reception. The rooms were clean and had everything you need, although you probably should bring your own shampoo, etc..

I liked the location as well as the flexibility that the hotel offered in admitting me. I was actually allowed to check-in way ahead of time which made my day a lot easier to navigate.

We were re-routed to Stuttgart after 2 cancelled flights to Munich. We took a chance on the Arcotel and found it to be lovely! We enjoyed a dinner at the hotel restaurant the first night after a long 2 days of travel. The next we had an easy walk to the Christmas Market. The location was great- super close to the train station! The hotel staff were so helpful with my lost luggage situation. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay any time we find ourselves in Stuttgart!
