Property info

We rent out two holiday flats of approx. 55 sqm and 60 sqm in a quiet and sunny location. These are non-smoking flats, pets are not allowed. Very good residential area in the favoured "Musikerviertel" of Constance. The flats are on the 1st floor. There is free parking directly in front of our house. Details about the surrounding area: Lake Constance, the lakeside promenade, the Lorettowald, the Parkwohnstift Rosenau, the Schmiederklinik, the Herzzentrum, the Bodenseetherme and the Strandbad Horn can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The bus stop with good connections to the city centre is about 150 metres away. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or email. Please note that a tourist tax of 5.6% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.
