The apartment is located in the centre of Duisburg. Modern renovation, all necessary appliances, Netflix. This is the most prestigious district of the town. The special feature of this apartment is the large terrace with a view of the garden. Cafes, restaurants, shops within walking distance. Central station 9 minutes walk. Düsseldorf airport 30 minutes by car. An ideal option to get to know the city with a maximum of comfort and convenience.

The apartment is in the heart of Duisburg, it is in a quiet street so you can enjoy your stay without disturbance from noise or traffic. And it only takes a minute to walk out the door and start to discover the city from the very center, enjoying its cultural and historical part or going for a classic German bar adventure. In the center you can find all the necessary facilities, including various cafes, restaurants, bars and a huge shopping mall, all within a 5 minute walk.
