Very comfortable room, beautiful room and great bathroom. The location was terrific - within walking distance of the Dome and the Alexanderplatz. A subway station right at the door which helped get sightseeing off to a start as soon as I had arrrived. Only access appeared to include a flight of stairs |

Very comfortable and clean. Lovely friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Good location. The breakfast area not big enough. 2 mornings there were no seats a wait of 1/2 an hour one morning, run out of a few things being so busy. |

Location was good, hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, room was good size and nice. The room was facing the inner court so practically no daylight. Limited number of towels. |

Very kind and qualified staff, beautiful location. The room type we reserved was no longer available, so they offered us a 7th floor suite with no extra charge. It is located just along the river, it takes only 10 minutes to reach Alexanderplatz on foot and the metro station is just opposite the hotel entrance. The hotel interior is very modern and well-cared, rooms are clean and well furnished. We'll definitely come back here. |

There was always a positive response to my queries, and my stay was made easy. The location of the hotel in one of the most pleasant parts of Berlin by waterways and next to a metro station was actually a welcome surprise. |

Breakfast, Krurfurst!! Excelent variety! Metro just beside the hotel! And the Simpaty of the employees!! Not about the Hotel but in booking.com says that bikes are included in the price of the room. It´s not true, they don´t have any bikes not even to rent. But we can rent bikes at berlin almost anywhere! |

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The metro station was right there when you stepped out of the hotel and it was the perfect way to get to all major sights and shopping streets. Our room wasn't cleaned, which wasn't that nice. It might have been our own fault though, as we didn't quite understand what the buttons for service etc. meant... |

Everything was perfect. Really close to metro. You have to walk less than 10 minutes to go to Alexander platz. Helpful staff. Excelent breakfast. |

Very comfortable rooms, friendly and helpfull staff, location very good for city vacation, nice fitness room - all in all in top Breakfast was a logistic disaster every day. No free seats, missing plates and knifes, too small breakfast area and staff could not keep the pace in servicing the area. Food was fine - but it is a very bad impression of breakfast. |
