Immediately off the bike trail with excellent secure indoor bike storage. Reception was helpful and friendly . Our room #53 was on the ground floor of the annex and was very large , clean with a view of the small forest behind us . Toilet was also quite large with all toiletries . Comfortable bed . Walking distance to several good restaurants and a market . it appears that their restaurant is not open currently . Great breakfast with multiple hot and cold food choices .

Everything is available one can imagine, from coffee, tea, soft drinks to extra chargers. Guides of the Phantasialand to Netflix. Everything is clean. We felt at home. Perfect for children, lots of toys. Hosts were very kind and helpful.
