He truly made my stay comfortable and memorable — a shining example of exceptional customer service.

Conveniently located for accessing Cologne-Bonn Airport and the convention center, this hotel offers inviting, modern guest rooms next to the beautiful Porzer Stadtwald conservation area. Was beautifully dressed for Xmas. The room was fine - even had a fridge in it. It’s the little things that make it - lovely Xmas chocolate on pillow when I went in.

Friendly staff, helped me with an earlier check in with my luggage as going to Christmas markets. Left before breakfast on check out and provided me with a lovely breakfast bag to take with me, so thoughtful. Has a lovely Brauhaus, ( unfortunately closed on a Sunday and Monday)
