  • Hotel Sandmanns am Dom

    Hotel Sandmanns am Dom

    Altstadt-Nord, Cologne

Located within 0.4 miles of Romano-Germanic Museum and 0.4 miles of Ludwig Museum, Hotel Sandmanns am Dom has rooms in Cologne. Our apartment at Sandmanns was truly an oasis in the city. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and sparkling clean. We liked the location, on a small cobbled side-street near the hotel. We received a warm greeting at reception - as well as a good laugh, when we were (jokingly) told that our apartment was on the 4th floor without an elevator (LOL). It was actually on the 1st floor with an elevator - or an easy walk up the stairs. We loved the convenient location - near the train station and the Cathedral where we would be attending a concert during our stay. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cologne.

  • Stern am Rathaus

    Stern am Rathaus

    Altstadt-Nord, Cologne

A 5 minute walk from Cologne Cathedral and a 9 minute walk from Cologne Central Station, this hotel is on a side street in the Old Town. It has a cafe, air-conditioned rooms and free Wi-Fi. Almost impossible to find any fault here. Location next to Rathaus and bustling plaza is wonderful; an easy walk from the train station & cathedral, too. Still quiet as it is in narrow side street. Very well thought-out guest room with everything provided and beautifully arranged. Great breakfast with ample seating and reasonable hours to enjoy it. Staff go above and beyond with both courtesy and helpfulness. Truly a perfect ten. I'll stay here again any time I come to Köln.
