Because we want your visit to be a positive experience for both you and the city you are visiting. You can always count on the same quality when you stay with Daniel&Jacob’s, no matter the location. Some things are customised, like the neighbourhood-inspired interior design and local snacks. But others – like contactless check-in, fast WiFi, 24/7 support and free local gym access – are always the same. Daniel & Jacob’s is a family-run business founded by two brothers called – yep, you guessed it – Daniel and Jacob

Property info

We finished building this perfectly functional and highly awarded aparthotel in March 2024 with all the features and interior solutions we dreamt of right from the beginning. With the basketball court in front, the Basecamp area to the right and the university close by there really is a fresh and lively energy around the DGNB awarded building. DGNB is only awarded to projects realizing high eco standards combined with low financial impact and great social possibilities.

Neighborhood info

The charming center of Århus is a fair but charming stroll away that takes you through the city university which in 2023 was awarded one of the five most beautiful universities in Europe. Along the way you’ll pass the famous art museum Aros with its masterpiece Rainbow Panorama being a must see for all visitors to Århus. Our neighbour Basecamp with its many young inhabitants makes the area young and bustling with plenty of cool hang out spots around. If you prefer, catch the light rail train (letbane) an 8 min walk from the apartments to quickly get to the center or the new cool harbour area.
