The hotel rooms were rather basic, not really fulfilling our expectations of Manor accommodation and the price level. (We have tried several similar manor hotels in Estonia...).
The hotel restaurant was a real disappointment (not expensive though). Main courses we had were almost uneatable - over-cooked mainly. We all ordered different main courses, but ended up eating the same gravy seasoned with probably ketchup (?). Typically, in Estonia the manor restaurants are extremely good and offer gourmet level dining experience, which this unfortunately was not.
On the website, hotel says the restaurant closes by 8 pm. But as it was summertime, it is open until 10.00 pm. So, do check separately from the hotel if you wish to eat later in the evening - the restaurant may be open (or then not....).
As a summary - if you are looking for a real luxury manor experience with excellent restaurant, there are also other alternatives very near by and about the same price level.
Extremely nice location in the middle of the nature park. Excellent starting point for outdoor activities.
Very quiet hotel - you can keep windows open and only hear the birds singing in the morning.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
