    The beach area of the hotel blasts extremely LOUD MUSIC all day long. This is VERY disturbing to many hotel beach goers. We mentioned this issue every day to the main attendant at the beach but NOTHING was done so as to stop this blaring music. Management was also informed of the LOUD MUSIC at the hotel beach area and NOTHING was done. Please look into the matter. Thank you.

    The staff was very cooperative specially Mr waleed The room was well equipped with a kettle,a microwave and cutlery. The ACs were well functioning. The furniture was nicely designed and the beds were comfy. The private beach was free and not crowded. What I didn't is that the private beach is about 5 minutes by car and is not walkable

    We had several issues with the hotel.

    We had several issues with the hotel. Firstly, Faramawy promised us a ground floor room for our baby but were given a room on the last floor. Secondly, our friends were charged a high fee to join us at the beach and then were told that outsiders were not allowed. Thirdly, when we raised these issues with the manager, they apologized to us but no action was taken. Lastly, we were accused of stealing a towel on our last day, despite there being only one towel provided in the room.

    I enjoyed my time .. the place is great and the people were so helpful and friendly and professional in there work I didn't meet any problems or any difficulty because of the stuff and for sure also the manger .. Mr Mohamed he is nobleman.. thanks all of you.. ❤️😘🎉

    Amazing place with a full service.

    Amazing place with a full service. The housekeeping team is very clean and available all the time. The animation team is very friendly which makes my kids happy all the time, especially Captain Islam.

    very spacious rooms and property. The pool is right by the lake view where you can have a morning stroll or breakfast when the cafes are open. stunning location and very kind owner Hassan who organized local trip to El Alamein on a rainy day - shukran 🙏🏽 felt so welcome and at home for the short time I was here. Comfortable for solo travelers ✨ would absolutely come back again. Lake is so lovely for morning dips - perfect to start a new day.

    My family and i went to the le royal hotel for a week and it was amazing the breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful and friendly the la fomme was exceptional and the pool was amazing and the lake view was spectacular and the garden beside it was relaxing and the location of the hotel was very nice because it was close to every service

    This was the second time to book this hotel. I extremely enjoyed the time with my family. The room was wide and clean, staff were very helpful and showed great assistance all over my stay, and the restaurant food was very good.     The hotel is gorgeous and the view phenomimal I stayed on my balcony just to watch the atmosphere. The main staff were courteous and helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was good as well. The grounds are huge and the amusement area was very nice. The place is very kid friendly.
