There were quite a few things to be liked specially the warm welcome by the host. The place was totally neat and clean like new. Almost everything of daily use was available. The host specially took out time and took me outside to show all around like the super store, the nearby eating place and where to get the boat to travel to the other side of the Nile. Immediately arranged for the drop off to airport on my request. It was very peaceful place. Beds were comfortable.

Family of five stayed here for three nights. New modern apartment with AC in every room. Convenient location with many restaurants and shops nearby, yet quiet. Mohammed is kind and shows us real hospitality.

The helping staff, Ragab was really helpful and gave us tips on how to get things done, suggested prices to us and even accompanied us when we wanted to buy some backeries to show us the way. The caretakers Mohammad and Ragab were incredible- very hospitable and accommodating to our requests. The property was spacious and clean, the garden area was very cam and nice to sit in. Although the property is on the West Bank of Luxor, it is right next to the Nile and so it is easy to take a boat across to the East (the caretakers are also more than happy to help organise one for the guests).

Very clean and large open space. Sliding door opening onto private grass patio with shade. Aircon and ceiling fans all work great. Staff are super helpful organising their private driver or boat rides across to the east bank and many other things they offer. Highly recommend. Classy place.

I loved EVERYTHING!!! From before I even arrived, Mohamed and I coordinated using google map share and he was able to pick me up from where my cruise docked. as soon as I dropped my bags, he took me to the store. he by FAR IS THE NICEST AND MOST ACCOMMODATING PERSON THAT I’VE EVER MET!!! Everyone that works here is soo cool and willing to go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool is new and very clean and my food was delivered to me every day (remember to tip!). When he wasn’t around, he still kept in contact to make sure I didn’t need anything! He also does tours and transfers! He took me to Hurghada in a clean and modern car and it was nice just seeing the scenery. There shouldn’t be any doubt, BOOK HERE!!
