I am currently staying at the Tulip Hotel in Alexandria, Egypt, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I have been impressed by the exceptional customer service. The staff go above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, always greeting me with warm smiles and a willingness to help.
The rooms at the Tulip Hotel are fantastic. They are spacious and clean. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job of maintaining the rooms, ensuring that everything is in perfect condition. A special thank you to Mohamed Ismail from the housekeeping team for his excellent service. I particularly appreciate the comfortable beds and the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The food at the Tulip Hotel is another highlight. The on-site restaurant offers a delicious variety of dishes, catering to both local and international tastes. Each meal I have had so far is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet, in particular, is a delightful way to start each day, with a wide selection of options to suit every palate.
One of the great amenities of the Tulip Hotel is the shuttle bus service to the beach. It runs regularly and makes getting to the beautiful Mediterranean coastline incredibly convenient. Whether I'm lounging by the pool or simply relaxing in my room, I find everything I need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Overall, my experience at the Tulip Hotel is outstanding. The combination of great customer service, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent food, and convenient beach access makes it a top choice for anyone visiting Alexandria. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to enjoying the rest of my stay in this beautiful city.

Crazy traffic and noise, dangerous to walk as a pedestrian since there are almost no traffic lights and pedestrian crossings. Uber taxis are very cheap, but most of them drive like crazy and don't have functional seatbelts at the back seats. We found the best food and view at the Greek Club, and amazing croissants at the Croissant D'Alexis! Montazah park is beautiful and offers some fantastic views away from the traffic and the noise.

Visiting town centre, with its many suks, was one of the highlights. Major sights like the Library are well known. Less so the newly renovated Greek and Roman Art Museum. Our guide didn't intend to take us there but we insisted and were very pleased that we did as it is one of the most important museums in Egypt.

Everything is great there, whatever historical places or nature or atmosphere in the downtown in the night.

There is no place to take a pleasant walk in the city or spend time except the museum and library. It is a very ruined, chaotic, noisy, dirty city with terrible traffic, so walking or hanging around is not only unpleasant but also tiring. However, its library and Greco-Roman Museum are incredibly impressive. Other museums are very ordinary. Seafood dishes are very fresh, delicious, and reasonably priced. Therefore, I think 2 days are enough to visit this city; You can spend a lot of time in the library and the museum, take a coffee break in a cafe (the number of stylish ones is almost nonexistent), take a short city walk and see what looks like it and gain insight about the city and have a seafood dinner in the evening and continue on your way.

was a lovely hotel, staff all friendly, my only complaint is that everywhere you went you could smell cigarette smoke, people smoked in the lobby, and the corridors the rooms, even though my room was clearly labeled no smoking everything stunk of cigarette smoke including fresh bedding and towels. this for a smoker would be not noticed, but if like me and my daughters (all nonsmokers) it was enough to put a black cloud over the whole holiday .

I was pleasantly surprised by Alexandria.
I was pleasantly surprised by Alexandria. It is a big, bustling city, and parts of it are very dirty. However, there are so many interesting things to see, and it is pretty easy to get around, I used Uber. It’s a very interesting city, and I recommend giving it at least a few days.
The hotel does not live up to five stars. His rating was 7.8, which does not match the rating. It is much less than that. The service doesn’t good. The beach is very dirty and the services are poor and sea dirty which doesn’t not possible to swim in it. The pool is crowded with Egyptians whose swimming in their clothes, it mean that no suitable to swim. The restaurant is very crowded and the service is not good. This is the second time that I have been disappointed in your evaluation of the level of hotels in Egypt.
This looks like a 5 star resort and we got ourselves a beach banglow, which is conveniently located on the Mammoura beach. The banglow is right infront of the beach and you could hear the roaring of the sea all day and night long. The breakfast was great to say the least which featured Egyptian traditional options, as well as continental and western dishes. The best breakfast we had during our stay in egypt. Must stay in Alexandria. You would not find anything better.
The hotel is at the end of the Cornish and overlooks an ancient palace and park. But it also means that it is far away from the rest of the attractions.

All staff were kind and professional. We were first greeted by a lady named Tanya who kindly showed us around. Everything was really lovely. The feel of the hotel and its decoration was lovely.
Staff were not "demanding" or expecting tips unlike what unfortunately is experienced in most places in Egypt. This encouraged us to tip even more!
Thank you
I m really so pleased with this great hotel all are beautiful food and room and services, receptionists are so lovely I mention Mariam she was very professional and warm in her welcoming I do recommend the hotel for all Alex visitors in addition to the amazing sea , landscape and palace with beautiful history of our Great Egypt

-the best hotel i've had so far in egypt
-definitely will come back
Lovely little hostel right on the sea front (no sea view in any room though, as far as I can tell)
Good showers, high ceilings giving a good impression of spaces in the dorms.
Decent breakfast, on par with what you get in hostel in Egypt.
Filtered water available to refill
Very clean.
Breakfast was standard Egyptian breakfast. The location was right on the beach, which is amazing and close to a great street market. Also, the lifeguard at the beach is one of the best I've ever seen, very attentive! All the restaurants and bars were beyond amazing!
One of the best hotels in Egypt, staff is very helpful and cheerful, food is excellent with many varieties at breakfast, the sea view is outstanding, thank you so much for fulfilling my requests and trying to help by all means.

property was perfectly situated with everything we could need. it was a typical Egyptian apartment but modernised enough to suit western visitors. and really importantly the views are great and the building feels very secure
Friendly staff, booked the 4 person apartment. It was clean spacious equipped with microwave, a fridge, a kitchenette , even the dish washing sponge and soap was there. It’s a very short distance from the hotel.
It’s a grand old building, all original, with spectacular views of the sea.
The staff- typical Egyptian kindness, hospitality and friendliness. Hamdi was very helpful.
Excellent value and great location.
It is a different mode to have hotel residency at Hospitality Palace. There are parks around you which are related to the main Montazah Place at Alexandria Egypt. It is an amazing stay.
Everything was a perfect experience for a first-time visit to Egypt.
