The only thing I liked was the aqua park pool since the kids enjoyed it. Everything else was not good, the hotel was dirty bathrooms dirty, food was bad, no Wi-Fi at all the TV and remotes did not work. For me it was the worst hotel I stayed in my life.

My stay was so bad and I decided to raise official complain for Booking First at all my booking done for two rooms for me and my family , we are all 4 guests Me, my mother, my wife , my Son And booked two rooms ( one with single large Bed, the other with two separate beds) Superior room witb Pool view Upon arrival , no superior rooms available and i informed that superior rooms means deluxe rooms upon booking. And if i want deluxe rooms I have to pay fees??? Second Issue My family to make check In for them I have to pay more 500 Dollars on the booking as they are not listed in my booking , I don't know why ??? Although i sent a message for the properity for my recommendations and all the guests ,staff denied that they recive any message or e mail and accused booking site for this mistake, although I showed them the message I paied more 500 dollars on my booking without reciving any official reseed ????? On my stay ( breakfast and dinner) , i asked to upgrade for all inclusive which refused by the staff , and mentioned that you have to pay for every thing with Taxes of course?? I don't know why refusal with insistance on paying at time ( delayed till check out) For Booking members and staff When I chose my booking for this hotel First thing , it was nonrefundable booking and I accepted When I chose my booking and I paied , it was according to your calculation without mentioning more extra fees , and when I arrive , I find this bad situation and i have to pay for my family This issue related to yours or to the hotel rules Really i don't know I know that i met bad situation upon arrival to pay more and more during all stay I hope to discuss this issue with you to know where is the mistake and to reverse my extra fees Sorry for long Explanation Thank you

I had a very pleasant stay at Cancun Sokhna Resort and would highly recommend it. The facilities and service were excellent, but a special mention must go to the housekeeping team particularly to Mr. Mustafa, the Head of Housekeeping, for his professionalism and attention to detail. His team kept everything spotless and ensured our stay was extremely comfortable. Also speical thanks to the catering team and the kitche chefs. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Favorite Spots: Spending quiet mornings right by the water at Laila Palm Beach was a highlight, along with taking early evening walks when the weather cooled down. The resorts feature kid-friendly splash pools and small water parks that are perfect for little ones. The cable car ride at Porto Sokhna offers gentle, sweeping views of the mountains and sea that kids usually love. Calm Water Play: Because the sea water is so warm and shallow near the shore, build sandcastles, collect shells along the water’s edge, and paddle safely together.

Very nice area with lots of resorts and restaurants. Excellent amazing fishing and snorkeling trips. One hour drive from Cairo. Best fish and shrimp in the world. Best sea sports . very safe for children and relaxing for adults. Amazing mountains view.

Amazing sea view however, the quality of the accommodation does not correspond to the established price point. The limited availability of on-site recreational amenities necessitates external arrangements for leisure activities. Furthermore, the bathroom facilities have sustained damage, and a resolution has not yet been implemented. The absence of outdoor lighting during nighttime hours detracts from the optimal viewing experience of the premises. Should pricing be adjusted, I would recommend this location for families without children and for individuals seeking only a relaxing environment.
