The person who was messaging me to help me get in was nice. It was on the 12th floor so if you like nautical things then you have a great view of the ferries and boats. They left us a bottle of wine which was very nice

Nice touch with complimentary wine and some fruits. The beach is accessible directly from the building and is private. We were visiting in February, so it wasn't crowded at all, the water was warm enough for swimming. You can find all kinds of swimming accessories in the apartment.
