Perfect experience for those, who have been to Gran Canaria before and want to experience more than just a beach and resort. Villa Nestor offers a perfect combination of personal touch and professional boutique hotel. Although it is not located in a tourist area, it's very close to the airport and motorway, therefore it is a perfect base to explore the island. We loved the high ceiling rooms, spacious and interesting interiors, and the sounds of nature waking us up every morning. The owners are very friendly and professional, chatty but not intrusive. They offer tasty breakfast on the roof terrace and it's a perfect beginning of the new day. We will definitely be back 😁
This 3-bedroom country house is set in Barranco de Guayadeque, 10 minutes’ drive from both Agüimes and Ingenio. It offers a beautiful outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities.

The house is set high up in the mountains in an outstandingly beautiful and remote area with incredible views. Parking is on the road nearby and the house is accessed via a very steep path. We are fit and healthy but this was still tricky with suitcases. The house and view are totally worth the struggle when you arrive though! The house is fantastically equipped, the bed very comfortable and the outside area very pretty with chairs, tables, sun beds, bbq and pizza/bread oven. There is heating throughout the house and plenty of hot water for showers. The owner was very attentive when we needed help. There is no mobile signal in the area but the house has WiFi connection. There are 3 cave restaurants all within walking distance nearby with friendly staff and very well priced menus. We walked from the house into the hills and enjoyed incredible views. We would stay again without a doubt.
Located 16 mi from Parque de Santa Catalina and 11 mi Insular Materno-Infantil University Hospital, Lala´s house is a holiday home with a kitchen in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

Beautifully renovated property in a lovely town. It has everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Host was very responsive and provided lots of useful information. The outdoor spaces are a real bonus - as was the BBQ.

We traveled with 4 adults and 3 children. There is enough space to relax at the pool during the siesta both inside and outside the villa. Also board games and table tennis are available. The location is perfect to explore the island, both La Palma and Maspalomas are reachable within 30 min by car.
Ingenio has good road links to all parts of the Island.
Ingenio has good road links to all parts of the Island. A car is recommended although bus services are very well connected with all parts of the island and a direct connection with the Airport.
Basic shops, pharmacy, supermarkets, takeaway outlets are on the Main Street. Petrol stations and Bank. It does lack any kind of nightlife venues. It is not a typical tourist town.

The old town is very beautiful (but quiet) and there are nice walks to be taken for those who like that, always something new to see. It's almost free of tourists (except me) and relaxed, the groceries have decent hours, and there are good restaurants and a gourmet shop by the church that towers over the town. More central there are buses going wherever you like, regular services. Close to the airport.

Ingenio has a small but interesting old town with a few bars and restaurants and a town square plus a trail around the old part of the town explaining the history. There are some excellent restaurants and plenty of supermarkets . It is close to Aguime and Guayadeque so access to great restaurants and walking trails. Close to the main roads means a good base if you are looking to explore the island. The restaurants are very reasonable as not many tourists stop there.

Ingenio is a typical Spanish village, there was only one bar and restaurant that we found, maybe there is more?? we managed fine for two nights and would have gladly stayed longer, it is very close to the airport so good for transfers
Perfect little cave-like dwelling, spotlessly clean, with everything we needed for a one night stay before starting our point to point trek across Gran Canaria. Next door to Tagoror cave restaurant which was atmospheric and had good authentic food. Fantastic starry night sky on our arrival. The Barranca de Guayadeque is also a stunning, lush canyon for walking along, didn’t see another person for 3 hours at least on our way up to Pico de las Nievas, the highest peak on the island.
Our first impression (before arriving) was excellent. The host responded promptly to questions and even sent through a very helpful video to navigate us on foot from car parking in Calle Verode to the property.
Quite near the airport - first exit in the direction Maspalomas. Ingenio itself has lots of one way streets so finding your way up the hill to Calle Verode requires care. Parking about 7 mins walk from cottage and we always found some.
This is a really nice property in a very quiet, almost rustic part of Gran Canaria. Very comfortable for two and fully equipped. with everything you need. Fifteen minutes from the airport but absolutely no aircraft noise. The small town of Ingenio is friendly having two good restaurants and an excellent bakery about 20-25 minutes walk.
Perfect location for my reason for coming to Gran Canaria, everything I could need right outside the front door. Local town has the essentials, a small supermarket, if you want a larger one it's just 5 minutes drive away. Cafe/ Bar/Restaurants are also in the town, or you can use the small well appointed kitchen in the apartment.
Everything was perfect. There was everything what we needed in the apartment - well accommodated bathroom and kitchen - very nice to find even coffee and some snacks when we arrived :) Very comfortable place to stay and awesome location in old city and super start point to go by car to any destination on Gran Canaria.
The tastefully arranged rooms and the spectacular view from the rooftop terrace was only surpassed by the absolutely wonderful owners! We were welcomed warmly right from the beginning. You can tell that this hotel is a project driven by passion and talent, so is their breakfast. Excellent in all terms!
we enjoyed ourself here so much !the room is extremely clean ,and so cozy ,spacious, modern and beautiful!!it has almost everything you need !kettle ,coffee maker ,two bottles of water in refrigerator!even better than most of 5 star hotel rooms !and bed is comfortable too
Garden with barbecue and veggie garden, the more than fully equipped kitchen, bathroom like a 4-star hotel, adorable flowered courtyard, delightful and personalised communication from the host, authentic historic location between the mountains and the ocean
The outside space was amazing. The tranquility of the location and being part of rural Gran Canaria was interesting and very relaxing. A car was a necessity but allowed us easy access to the north and south of the island.
Very close to the bus stop, the room was very clean, lift in the hotel. We really liked the decorations where is the lift area and in the room as well.Everywhere feel the airfreshener on the corridors and in the lift!
The bed was so comfortable, the balcony was huge and had a beautiful view, the location was perfect for travelling around Ingenio and other parts of the island, beautiful views and the host was so friendly!
