The old city of Toledo looks magnificent from the parador or from across the valley. There is an attractive river walk outside the city wall with historic bridges which lead up to the city. There are many cobbled streets to wander around but we couldn’t find a quiet traffic free square to enjoy a coffee and people watch. Beautiful storybook-like old town. Great food everywhere. Our faves were the churros and carcamusas. If walking is not for you, there's a cute train that you can ride to see the highlights without having to walk up and down the cobbled streets.

The city is beautiful.
The city is beautiful. The sites however aren't much to look at. The only two really worth it was the cathedral and the jesuit church. For example, the synagogue, you enter and you've seen it all. That was a recurrent theme in all our visits. You could see a site in two minutes. The Alcazar was closed except for the military museum part of it. Not much to seeRicardoPortugal

We appreciated the hotel making taxi arrangements to pick us up at the train station in Madrid. We especially enjoyed our taxi driver, Mario. He was delightful and we called upon him to take us around Toledo to see sights and he drove us to Cuenca after our stay in Toledo. The staff at the hotel were all pleasant and helpful, our room and bed were comfortable, and our breakfast was delicious.

Casa Palacio Rincon de la Catedral is an old historical house, it is in the middle of the old town of Toledo and all places of interest are in front of the door. At the same time it is very quiet and you can enjoy your stay in unique rooms. Also the service is unbelievable, it is more like visiting friends or family and I had the best breakfast I ever had. Highly recommended!

It is walkable from the train station, especially if one gets good directions to the electric escalator under the town parking garage. The hotel sits at the top of a hill, close to the Alcazar, from which there is easy access to Toledo's diverse points of interest. The rooms are clean and generally well-maintained, and the staff is helpful.

He even provided clothes washing liquid when he realised we wanted to use the washing machine. The view was one of a kind looking right at the old bridge crossing into old Toledo town. It truly was soundproof and safe. The decor was very tasteful and modern and the apartment lacked nothing.

Parking is around the block but easy to access and reasonably priced. Breakfasts were nice, I especially loved their tortilla. It was nice staying outside old Toledo, the hotel is situated close enough for a quick walk to the city for sightseeing.
