The hotel was ok, but not excellent. It had good facilities, but over all the interior was not that comfortable (for example - the bunk bed intended for children had a mattress smaller than the frame, and the protective rails were defective). The furniture and the actual arrangement of the hotel were quite old, but the location compensated for these shortcomings.
The breakfast was excellent, with many options.

It was very nicely furnished and clean. The location was great for the time of year we went (start of May) as the 30 minute walk back from the centre of palma of an evening was nice. I can imagine this maybe being too far when the weathers really hot though, but there were lots of taxis available.

The tranquility and cleanliness of this hotel is top notch. My two friends and I went early April and it wasn’t as busy, yet we were still treated wonderfully and had the best experience.
