Breakfast was great (glad that there was smoked turkey alternate to bacon, since I don't eat pork). Room was spacious and clean. The water pressure in the shower was great, and it was great that there were shampoo and body gel and lotion, all of which were of great quality. Staff was always helpful and welcoming. Location is pretty decent, close to the Cala Major beach and not far from downtown Palma.

I would NEVER ever recommend this hotel, somebody stole my passport and my friend’s money from our suitcases. When I tried to talk to the reception, she woman even dared to say “why would I wanted your Brazilian passport in Spain?”.
Unbelievable, I had to spend the rest of my holidays going to the police otherwise I couldn’t go back home!

Well equipped hotel, pretty new and modern. Comfortable bedding, spacious, pretty big and with everything you need.
I would suggest them to add some liquid soap for the bathroom and complimentary bottles of water upon check in. I found it basic.
The area is not the best and nicest one, but ok for a one night. 15 min walk from the center.
