The holiday home "Casa Chalet Venta Ruizo" in Murcia is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with a mountain view. The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a shared pool (open from June 15th until August 30th), an open terrace with a small private pool, a covered terrace and 3 balconies. There are 10 parking spaces on the property and 4 in a garage, additional free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (only on the large terrace). Smaller parties or gatherings are permitted upon request. A shuttle service from the airport/train station and guided tours are available upon request. Private car rental can be arranged for a supplement directly with the owner. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
