The hotel and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s in a great location - far enough from noisy areas, yet very close to the beach and some secluded bays. Since I’m not a fan of crowded beaches, we mostly spent our time at Son Veri Nou and Cala Mosques. I should also mention that we received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room for my birthday, which was a wonderful surprise. There’s a bus stop near the hotel that provides easy access to both the airport and the city center. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Room cleaning is provided regularly upon request. Big thanks to the team for making our holiday truly memorable!

Great location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Bed linen and towels changed every day. Food was good, nice variety. As a solo traveler who needed a hotel for 4 nights, it was ideal!

Located next to Playa de Palma, the beach resort of El Arenal is a natural continuation of the fun to be had along the capital’s south-eastern coast. With sandy beaches and a promenade full of pubs, restaurants, nightclubs and hotels, it also includes an important marina and the water park Aqualand El Arenal. When you get tired of indulging yourself with sunbathing and endless entertainment, local transport can take you to Palma to admire the medieval Old Town, just 15 km away.

    Terrible experience, I booked a room for four people, I found four beds, but one was completely broken, when I complained about this to the receptionist, she asked me to put the mattress in the floor, after that I asked for a refund, but the management ignored me completely.

    There’s no security at this place at all.

    There’s no security at this place at all. I had to leave the very first morning because 2 guys were knocking on my door and balcony door trying to gain access. The property didn’t do anything about it. Very scary situation

    Lovely area, very chilled, great restaurants, especially Cafe del sol and Restaurant delivery sol on the beach front, the Sky lounge is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and every dish was perfect, and I'm fussy. The staff couldn't have been nicer. Also the Marina bar, lovely comfy sofas to sit on and just enjoy the view with a lovely 🍹 .

    I think El Arenal is a great place for a holiday, especially if you enjoy the beach and lively atmosphere. The location is amazing – the beach is long, clean, and perfect for relaxing or swimming. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby, so there’s always something to do. I really liked how easy it was to get around, with good bus connections to Palma and the airport. However, it can get quite crowded and noisy, especially during the summer. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday, this might not be the best place. But overall, I had a great time and would recommend El Arenal to anyone who wants sun, fun, and beautiful sea views.

    The place is gonna be a great holiday destination during summer...there is massage , kayaking, stand on paddling on the water and varieties of food. There is quad bike for rent..just lots of activities but all these are only available during summer. The prices are very reasonable now but I am not sure if that will be the case during summer

    After I read the reviews I was a bit sceptical about being noisy but everything was great, there was no noice from other rooms but I guess this also depends what kind of people are staying in the rooms around you. The staff was very nice, the room was cleaned everyday, in the lobby there are umbrellas for the beach that you can use free of charge. The bathroom and the room were a good size, also a big balcony. This hotel was one of the few things we liked about El Arenal.

    This hotel was fine for an affordable one night stay near the airport. The best part was the staff ordering us a taxi for 5am, the driver was on time and friendly, we were checked in and through security 15mins later! The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
