The hotel is newly renovated, sleek, modern and super clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. Loved the scent of the bath products. Reception, breakfast and cleaning staff were lovely and helpful, in particular Melanie, Fernando, Juanjo and Rosalia. I loved the lounging furniture on the pool deck. The hotel is very conveniently situated and is well connected by bus to Palma and the airport. Wish I could've stayed longer.

Amazing hotel, breakfast and pools. It's a really nice cozy atmosphere everywhere and I loved the chill vibe, so it was nice to chill at the pools as well, without any noisy environment (apart from the neighbour's drilling machines during morning yoga).

We only stayed for 1 night prior to our ferry to Menorca. Location was great inside the old city walls of Alcudia. We rented a car and beware google maps has you drive directly to the hotel (it is illegal to drive within the old city walls of Alcudia). I finally backed my way out of the Old City and found a parking lot that was a couple blocks for the hotel.

What can I say to give this hotel the adulation it deserves. The main credit of this hotel are it's staff... The level of service and attention to detail fully make the holiday... Nothing is too much trouble and they always have time to stop and chat, inquiring about your day and whether there is anything they can do to make it better.
We were staying in the hotel for the 312 race, all of the staff continuously wished us luck and asked whether we needed anything in particular for preparation or after the race.
