We played three public golf courses in the area with the following rating: 1. Golf Santa Ponsa 1 was the course we liked the best. Has hosted several Europen Tour events and had a nice atmosphere to it. Nice course surrounded by well maintained properties. 2. T-Golf Calvia. Very "posh" with a nice Country Club feeling. Very expensive but a very well maintained golf course. The Club house was marvellous, but the surroundings lacked some atmosphere. 3 Golfclub de Bendinat. OK golfcourse, but located in a valley where a golfcart is recommended!

Santa Ponsa is a beautiful area with a fantastic beach. The best thing we did was take a trip on the catamaran . Buses frequently to Port Andraxt which is a nice day out . Favourite place to eat was Xaloc expensive but well worth it if you want a special dining experience . What spoils Santa Ponsa is the hordes of partying groups and bad behavior from a minority of these . Santa Ponsa is very clean people are friendly and there is plenty to do perfect base to see the island or if you want to just relax on the beach you can. We have been going to Santa Ponsa for 12 years now and we are never short of things to do. It’s great for families couples and solo travellers there is something for everyone. A lovely friendly resort. Beaches are very clean and safe. Easy access by bus to local tourist places. Lots of nice shops, restaurants and bars. Santa ponsa is quite british / Irish for us. We prefer a more Spanish vibe. We didn't find a single tapas bar however we did find restaurants that did serve tapas. The busses to palma and other towns were really good and nice to get out and explore more ethentic Spanish parts of the island.RussUnited Kingdom

Step outside & you are on the beach Very clean, beds were changed every day ! All staff wearing masks etc.. Given your own utensils for the breakfast buffet which I thought was really good Rooftop pool adults only, really nice ! Large sun beds & lots of chairs to have a drink at the bar! Very friendly staff throughout the hotel About a 20 min taxi from the airport €45 but you can get the bus which also only takes about 25 mins and is €9.. Will be back!
