If your going to visit Montserrat Cathedral and grounds, then this is the place for you to stay! Getting to the top of the mountain is not for the faint of heart as the road hugs a mountain all the way up. The apartment is very roomy and fully furnished. Having 2 bathrooms and a powder room is very handy. The kitchen is excellent. We were able to easily cook full meals which was helpful during a two week stay. Plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and more importantly, cooking gadgets. In fact, this apartment had the best kitchen gear than any we've ever stayed at. The appliances--dishwasher, range, refrigerator, microwave, and clothes washer--were high quality and in great working order. The apartment is on a quiet street that is in easy walking distance to shops, groceries, bars, restaurants, and a large park. The availability of an onsite garage to park the car was great. The management of the apartment (a shout out to Carla) are very helpful, kind, and sincerely interested in making your visit a success.
