Polite and helpful staff, good hot shower, quiet and a clean, comfortable bed. Ample closet and drawer space is provided.
Breakfast: The eggs were not hot, but the tomatoes were. The cheeses and charcuterie are ok but not up to the standards of Austria, Belgium or France. The bread is normal Andalusian bread, which is uninteresting. The strongest coffee offered is pretty weak, but that also seems normal for Spain. Ok breakfast, just not great.
Great location, easy to get to by car, parking facilities on site, good breakfast and very good value for money
Comfortable, a nice hotel I would recommend.
The free wifi was ok when you were connected but you lost contact quite a lot. Very frustrating.
Pillows too thin
Good location (near university area) good staff. Good Hotel
Wonderful airy seven story high atrium lobby, nice restaurant with good and well priced food.
Our room had large terrace that cut the size of the room in half and made the room a bit tight. If you are travelling during the winter months get a room without the terrace.
Clean, bathroom was good size
Wifi was slow The room looked smaller
Very good place to stay For long or short time in granada

A good size room, the bathroom furnishings are a bit dated but quite clean. It was easy too find and get to by car. We requested a quiet room and it was fine in this respect. Good wi-fi connection and TV channel selection.
The parking area was a nightmare. The steep decline/incline winds around narrow bends and I don't know how I didn't add the collection of scrape marks on the walls. Some of the car spaces themselves are so narrow that you can't open the door, so we had to get out of the car and push it into place! And all this for 15€ a day. The mattresses were uncomfortable.
Very difficult to find. Parking was several difficult blocks away. WiFi was awful!
We always use this hotel when visiting Granada. It has a great location within easy walking distance of all the historic sites, and unlike many central hotels in the city it is easy to drive to and has onsite parking. Staff are very efficient and the rooms are always spotlessly clean and comfortable.
A great location, excellent facilities, helpful friendly staff.
Construction works during the day made rest challenging at times.
Top Quality Spacious room large bed and 2 comfy chairs. All excellent.
no coffee facilities in room. Main restaurant not in use which was disappointing.
fast broadband, staff, food and cleaniness
There was a hot water issue. I had a bad experience with the toilet. Air Conditioner isn't that cold.
Reception and foyer area very impressive. Underground parking was useful for strangers to city but 15 euros/day. Location excellent to walk or get transport to poi. Rooms good size. Good deal for 2 day visit.
Comfort let down by "No AirCon" meaning we had to have window open. Street noise therefore made it difficult to get to sleep!
Bed, everything in the room
Location, far away from the train station and city center
Convenient , easy walk to old town, good car park.
Location at edge of old city quite good.
Room make up did not wash glasses or replace shampoos etc. Restaurant said ' be quick as kitchen closes at 8.15 (this at 8.00) Extra and unexplained charges on credit card after we had left. Wifi very slow
