Food should be available all day
Almost everything. Staff were very polite and helpful.
Food in the Resturant was poor.
Friendly staff. Good size clean room. Short walk from old town and railway station.
We checked in to find that we were in a twin rather than a double but they happily moved us. The receptionist also noticed it was my husbands birthday the following day and remembered to wish him happy birthday which we thought was nice. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The breakfast was probably the best in Spain, certainly that I have tried.
We liked the general feel of the hotel and the friendly staff, the underground parking is very welcome albeit a little pricey at 17 euros per day.
The restaurant food was very good. The breakfast was also good.
Having to leave early in the morning.
Staff; Clean hotel; Bus station nearby
Fitness poor with machines
great G&T in the bar !! Thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
The hotel is well situated within walking distance of the city center and all local attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The buffet breakfast was good with a wide selection of both hot and cold food.
spacious room with very comfortable enormous bed. Excellent restaurant and lovely staff. We could not believe the price. Car park very handy.
Bathroom could do with modernising.
It was near to the city center. The general area of the hotel was good with lots of space where our child could walk freely.
The room facilities were very basic. No tea kettle or coffee maker. The breakfast was bad. cold dishes, lots of choice but nothing fresh except the bakery.
Easy to locate unlike most other hotels in Granada
Staff were very unhelpful; no concierge. Restaurants were understaffed.
Having to pay 14 euros extra per day to park our car at the hotel. I continue to be unpleasantly surprised by surprise extra costs from booking.com.
Easy walk to the main shopping area, el corte engles is a 5 minute walk and easy access on to the motorway with Sierra Nevada within an easy drive, breakfast is recommended
Difficult to park, limited parking spaces and hard to drive down to the underground car park if you have a large car. We ended up parking a 10 minute walk away at 20 Euros per day.
The hotel was well maintained, and contained all of the standard amenities you'd expect of a hotel of this calibre... Satellite TV, comfortable bed, nice-sized rooms. Innovative feature was a 'pillow menu' which offered several different kinds of pillows that we could order based on our different sleeping habits. Nice touch!
The hotel was built in the early 90s and the interior, despite having received updates, made this painfully obvious. Also, avoid the restaurant at all costs. We ordered a salad that was expensive, filled with either rotten or old items and was bland. Staff did nothing when we complained but offer a quick apology. My wife did not get dinner that night as the salad was essentially inedible.
It was easy to find, accessible and reasonably well located. Most cultural amenities were at least a ten minute walk, but there were plenty of cafes/shops on the doorstep. The car park was useful, even at 14 euro a day. It was warm and comfortable, clean and tidy.
It was a little bit tired and in need of some loving care. The bar/restaurant was closed on Christmas Eve, which proved quite inconvenient.
Loved everything! We had a lovely stay and the service was great!
Got a fantastic deal on the room. Arrived well before check-in but as room was ready - we were given early access.
For the price me and my boyfriend paid I really can't complain about anything.
facility was good, clean, enough big room
a bit far from everything, 10+ minutes from station, 15m from from city centre....
Polite and helpful staff, good hot shower, quiet and a clean, comfortable bed. Ample closet and drawer space is provided.
Breakfast: The eggs were not hot, but the tomatoes were. The cheeses and charcuterie are ok but not up to the standards of Austria, Belgium or France. The bread is normal Andalusian bread, which is uninteresting. The strongest coffee offered is pretty weak, but that also seems normal for Spain. Ok breakfast, just not great.
Great location, easy to get to by car, parking facilities on site, good breakfast and very good value for money
Comfortable, a nice hotel I would recommend.
The free wifi was ok when you were connected but you lost contact quite a lot. Very frustrating.
