Good quality comfortable room with an excellent bathroom. A really first rate breakfast with lots of choice including a cooked breakfast.
The rooms on the Main Street are a bit noisy. Ask for a room facing the rear. The access to the underground car park is very, very tight.
We were very lucky to get this deal for a 4 star city centre hotel so enjoyed the treat to the full. The staff were amazing, friendly and so helpful. Highly recommended.
The staff were very professional . The hotel was very clean We were upgrade to a suite for our anniversary which was really nice of them.
the staff was really nice
its not as nice as shown in pictures. everything in the room is very very basic.
Bed mattress too firm uncomfortable. Underground garage very difficult to manuever without help assistance was needed but no one available.
Location was really great
Bathroom Poor cleaning of room Hotel staff tried to help, but never smiled Key card had to be re programed every day, sometimes twice New password and username for wife every day Lights going on and off with no reason
A spacious apartment like room. Good car parking for our hire car.
Cleanliness and helpful staff.
The hotel is located some distance from the city attractions. Also no direct public transport to the tourist sites.
Location, service, value.
There was nothing to dislike.
Comfort Affordable price
great hotel worth every 4* nice big room, friendly helpful staff. would definetly recommend.
no easy access for pushchairs. no tea and coffee making facilities.
Nice hotel and in walking distance to train station with my rollerbag (if you had more luggage it's a short cab ride (5 minutes)
Construction outside of hotel so it was difficult to sleep in a little. We did address it with the front desk and when we returned in the late evening they had left us a fruit plate as a "sorry" which was nice of them but we did have the " do not disturb " sign on the door so we were not happy that they had entered our room because we had left everything unlocked (electronics/cash,etc) and laying around but it was all still there.
Breakfast is good. Restaurant is very good for lunch and the rooms are big.
Rooms very clean and well furmished. Staff were very helpfull and polite. Air-con was great.
Only one thing we reported to the desk. The standard lamp in room 517 although plugged in behind cabinet had no top on it leaving bare live wires sticking out. We found it when we wanted to plug in phone charger that night.
Good rooms & comfy beds
We like it to stay at Hotel Granada. We love it.
The breakfast was very bad.
Convenient car parking. Responsive staff.
Not exactly four star hotel.
Decor, layout, rooms were a good size
Wasn't very easy getting to lift with a suitcase
The Hotel is aesthetically fantastic both from outside and in the hall, the staff is quite nice and kind. In fact the room we were assigned was facing the side of the Hotel where its outside reflectors exactly point at, and the staff had no problem at changing it.
The room doesn't reflect the aesthetics of the whole Hotel; the internet connection is very slow. Only few Italian channels on TV
Staff very friendly.
There was only 1 attendant to handle all the reservations duties, cashier, check in, information about the town etc. Parking space very narrow for mid size car. I had a BMw 318D station wagon. Exit from the parking space was extremely difficult as it require a large number of maneuvers in order to get out. Also extremely unfriendly and intransigent about the not acceptance of our second day exit. We had originally booked for a 2 day stay, but due to the fact that the Alhambra was unavailable for entry we decide to leave the city for the 2nd day. We informed management on the morning at 11AM that we were leaving but they didn't refund the 2nd day stay
always relaxing very easy leisure walk for all ages to historic centre of city easy to locate by car
No swimming pool
Great location near Uni. Close and walkable to old city and by taxi to bus station Helpful staff though language could be a barrier
Poor air conditioning especially for a 2 room suite No ironing facility. It is a rip off if laundry service is used
All round good quality. Very good breakfast. Spotlessly clean.
Location, the hotel lobby presentation
Can not watch World Cup
