Jan our host met us and explained everything, plus all info in booklet too. Spacious rooms, well furnished, pleasing decor in tune with spanish seaside location. Excellent kitchen, well equipped - and a bottle of wine in fridge ! Great balcony overlooking sea, well stocked with loungers and beach chairs etc.

The Penthouse is on the 11th (top) floor of the building. It is located on the promenade that runs along the beach. The beach is therefore only a few metres from the entrance of the building. From the terrace there are beautiful views of the sea, the harbour, the old town, Benidorm and Alicante. The terrace is completely out of sight, so the apartment has a high level of privacy. The flat is bright because every room has a window. The high quality fans, together with the ever-present breeze from the sea or from the mountains, provide a comfortable atmosphere while windows and doors can remain open. The Penthouse offers the optional use of airconditioners. We provide beach chairs, parasols and a cool box to take to the beach. As an extra safeguard for the little ones, we can install a safety net on the terrace on request.
