Property info

Quintana de Villar is a Rural Complex with totally independent apartments and similar features, with a decoration of Agustín Aramburu, large private parking, a place where pets are very well received. The apartments are 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchenette, living room with sofa and tv, free wifi throughout the complex, free parking, barbecue area, gardens all around, beautiful views of the peaks of Europe. A place to rest and that is located just 500m from the center of Arriondas. This Asturian environment is one of the main gateways to the Picos de Europa National Park.

Its location is an invitation to enjoy the Asturian natural landscape, surrounded by pure nature, with stunning views, being able to enjoy the outdoor facilities, such as the table and chair area, barbecue area, or a nice walk around the property. This environment is a reference for adventure activities in Asturias, because in just a handful of kilometers is concentrated a wide variety of alternatives and outdoor adventure activities, such as canoes, adventure park, horseback riding, buggy routes... And if you want to take nice walks you have you will be surrounded by emblematic sites, as well as very good restaurants, chigres, canteens, cider shops.... Quintana de Vilar is located about 500m from the center of Arriondas, has excellent access by car, as can be reached on the way. As far as Arriondas can be reached by train or bus. It has a large parking fully available for guests.
