La Villa de Piedra es una casa unifamiliar con piscina en el interior de la vivienda, en una parcela vallada de unos 10.000 m2. Ubicada en el Paraje La Joya de Agua Amarga (Nijar) se encuentra a un 1,5KM del centro del núcleo urbano y de su espectacular playa. La finca tiene acceso directo desde la carretera Al-5106 y con un amplio párking privado. La casa dispone de 3 dormitorios, dos de ellos con cama de matrimonio y uno con dos camas, por lo que tiene una capacidad para 6 personas. Salón amplio y terraza alrededor de la piscina, así como unas vistas maravillosas a todo el valle que se pueden disfrutar a la sombra de nuestro algarrobo centenario que se encuentra delante de la vivienda. ENTORNO: Agua Amarga se encuentra dentro del Parque Natural Marítimo Terrestre de Cabo de Gata-Nijar, espacio protegido único en el ámbito europeo y que está declarado RESERVA DE LA BIOSFERA POR LA UNESCO. En el entorno de la casa, además de la playa de Agua Amarga a dos minutos, están las playas de Cala Enmedio, El Plomo, Los Muertos y a 15 minutos en coche encontramos las localidades de Las Negras, Rodalquilar o la Isleta del Moro o San Jo
