Location, facilities, cleanliness, cozy patio on the first floor

Restaurant - only ordered coffee there once, but did not seem like a very nice place- much better find some cafés it restaurants nearby for your breakfast, tapas, dinners or coffee

Comfortable rooms, clean and excellent location.

Tha staff should care about behavior of pets form other visitors. It is OK to allow pets in the hotel, but it's not that good if barking dogs wake you up several times during the night. I think its the staff's duty to warn visitors with pets about this and act in consecuence if that happens.

Location was perfect for sightseeing, wifi was good, rooms are clean and modern and they even give you a toothbrush and shower cap!

Since the location was in the heart of it all, our room faced the street so it was a bit noisy.

Location, the size if the room, value for money

Lack of the fridge and the street was sometimes too noisy during the night, but that is the price of the central location.

Well, the hotel has a wonderful position. You can reach almost everything in few minutes. if you like "trekking" it's about 15/20 minutes walks from Alhambra (depending on the entry), 5 minutes from the cathedral and Albaicin. The staff is nice and kind. The breakfast area is indeed a separate cafè which was good in my case, because it resulted very good and not expensive. The rooms are right for the type of the hotel, clean and the wifi worked wonderfully with three devices at the same time.

Personally to me this was not a problem but beware that there is no elevator and that the parking is in a no traffic area (of course... you are basically 500 metres from the cathedral...) . That means that if come with a car you need to have explanations from the staff, they have a particular path for the tourists. Remember to discuss this with the hotel because I believe they need to share with the city council the plates of the cars in order you don't get a fine (in Granada there are cameras to avoid people getting in the city center). The staff is extremely gentle, follow the instructions of the hotel not the navigator :)

Great location, with a juliet balcony on which to watch the world go by. Very quiet(we were there midweek). Comfortable bed. Only there for a day, but the town of Granada was lovely, with great tapas (one of the few places in Spain that we received free tapas with drinks).

Wifi was unreliable. Parking would have been an issue, but we arrived by train, and then walked everywhere.

Good value. Fairly modern hotel, nice bathroom and shower. Great location. Street noise wasn't much of an issue in a courtyard facing room.

At least in my room, no closet, more like a dresser with hangers, which could work fine for one person. Also, mattress is pretty stiff, but not too uncomfortable.

Great mattress, amazing location, friendly helpful staff.

Slightly noisey air conditioning unit. Could have done with detailed instructions for how to arrive by car, due to city centre one way system and old town roads etc

Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Mini fridge. Separate ensuite where the shower was awesome. Staff friendly and very helpful, we emailed ahead and they booked us a tour at the Alhambra which was great.

Bit noisy, the dog two rooms down barked intermittently through the night until the owners returned at 3am

After we asked to move rooms, the second room they gave us was very nice and big. The bathroom and shower were quite small, but the shower was hot and had good water pressure. We had a mini bar and a sitting area. The bed was extremely comfortable, like a temper pedic mattress. The location was good for shopping, lots of restaurants, and very close to the Cathedral.

The first room they gave us did not look like the one we booked on It was a tiny, corner room. We went back downstairs to the desk to ask about the room, and they moved us to a much bigger and more modern room with a sitting area and bedroom. The street noise at night was ridiculous. People were out at all hours of the night and sounded like they were right in our room. Also, the garbage trucks and street sweepers started at about 4 am.

Location, location, location! Close to everything! It's a very traditional hotel, the entrance a bit old fashioned but rooms are very modern and spacious! We had booked a suite which was fantastic and my children and mother were in a triple room which again was great! The cafe served a lovely traditional breakfast, great start to the day for a couple of euros a head! Lovely to see the original owners taking care of their business!

Wifi was up and down and not very reliable. Could maybe do with another pillow per person. Easy to find by car but parking is very difficult. Best option is the car park and use your legs or public transport to get around this lovely town!
