Everything was great. Location very convenient: close to city center, main sightseeings, restaurants, bars, shopping streets. Breakfast was good, everything is clean. We've got a long trip thru Andalusia and this hotel was the best. Very helpful staff. Ask at the reception about restaurants - they'll recommend you good places.

It was real hard to get to this hotel by car. We've spent is about 1 hour for that. My advice - go by car directly to mentioned parking (16.50 EUR for night) and go to hotel on foot. And forget about your car for all your staying in Granada. Labyrinth of one-way streets make travelling by car here absolutely impossible.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom were very clean. I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

The air conditioning was just adequate and shutoff when the room card was removed from electric box. The street noise is occasionally disturbing at night, so a room on an upper floor would be an advantage.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Quite difficult to find. Had to park a long way from hotel then try to find it on foot. Once we were at the hotel the receptionist was helpful and explained clearly how we could get to a nearby car park. Granada has permit only zones and you need to contact the hotel before driving to the hotel to get permission to enter the zone.

The location was excellent, close to the Realjo, hip area and en route to the Alhambra, but also close enough to the center of town without being right in the center of the tourist action. The bathroom's are great -- big and good water pressure. The included breakfast was also delicious and was enough to satisfy you for hours (if you don't miss it like I did the first day--jet lag!) The room itself is fine; not super big, but comfortable for one person and probably fine for two.

There was an odd fragrance that I didn't personally love, and I felt the staff were just OK in terms of providing transport directions and restaurant suggestions. The A/C worked, but didn't seem cold enough -- but maybe it was just really hot. I also felt it was a bit expensive for what it is -- lacked some character.

What a great find in the heart of Granada! We loved everything about this hotel. It is truly a great experience to find such a gem. Highly recommend. Value for money. The room is not big, but you have the lounge downstairs for reading, tea and cafe, computer.

    The building.

Very very very unpolite reception! In the early morning when I shoul take a flight to Madrid, anf I had ordered a taxi, with the driver as a witness, the receptionist told me I had to pay!!! Which I did the day before!!! He kept on saying "No!!! You have not!!!" And when he at last found out of course I had, I am no liar, he did not even say sorry! But the taxidriver did on behalf of the hotel - 3 times on the way to the airport! No more Palacio de la Navas for me! I am 67years old, am a nice positive guy, but this is my worst hotel-experience ever! I will report this to the Michelin Guide.

Hotel in sixteenth house with amazing entrance. Room small but cozy. Clean, well decorated. Very well located for sight-seeing.

Window too highly to see the street. Bars and restaurants are outside so at the weekend there are loud to late night.

The location is good, and the breakfast is great.

Parking is a headache. Have to walk up for abt 5 mins and load and unload the luggages in the middle of the small lane.

Walking distance to pretty much everywhere

Parking was a bit of faff and the hotel is in the middle of a no drive zone unless you register your car. Still not sure whether we / the hotel did officially in the end

    Location, breakfast

Noise from the street, lack of air conditioning meaning the room was far too hot at night, no mirror apart from in the badly lit bathroom

Very charming and inviting interior. Perfect and very well presented breakfast. Peaceful, though placed in the middle of the city. I would absolutely recommend the hotel.

Very nice atmosphere in a beautiful historic palace. Decorated with good taste, fresh and clean room. The hotel is in a pedestrian street and there are many small restaurants. Round the corner there is a stop of a hop on hop off city tour train that makes city sightseeing very easy. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Very helpful and nice personnel.

Recommend ear plugs as it can be noisy at night as the hotel is at the end of a restaurant street. Be sure to have the location instructions from the hotel at hand as finding the way is a bit complicated.

Excellent location, on a street with good tapas bars and restaurants. Clean room with sufficient space for 2 persons, nice hotel with a cozy patio...we stayed 1 (one) night only, just to visit Alhambra, but would recommend it even for a longer stay.

No objections, parking price maybe. The parking was at 10 min walking and quite expensive (around 18 euros/night), but it is rather common in Granada.. actually everywhere in Andalusia..
