Petit Palace Italia has been entirely renovated and transformed into a modern 3-star hotel, with the latest services and equipment and the most innovative technology making it one of the best hotels in the heart of Madrid.

I loved the location, modern plumbing and lighting fixtures, and very accomodating staff. The bed was very comfortable also. We would stay there again in the future.

We were on a smoking floor which we weren't aware of when we booked the room. However, the staff provided air spray to remedy the smell of smoke. It helped a little to cover the cigarette smoke smell.

good location

There was a lot of noise from the other rooms, the corridors and the hall outside our room. The hairdryer didn't work and the plumbing had some problems!

Location. Very central

Our room was on the non-smoking floor but still smelled like cigarrette. The floor below was the smokers floor...so probably through the ventilations some smoke passed through.For the rest it is a comfortable, well located hotel, fairly price for Madrid standards

Even do there was a "banner" on the toilet saying it had been "sinatized" there where drops on the toilet seat from the previous user. The cleaning was limitated to making the bed. They dont have enough staff, you need an iron? come get it your self! nice people but they need more colleagues. Same breakfast every day.
