The room is so small. The floor is dusty and the housekeeping didn't make the bed properly when cleaning them.
I love the breakfast spread I love how it is near to the shopping area Love the soundproof room Front desk staff were kind enough to provide luggage storage for a few days as we are away! It made our life much easier while we were travelling outside Madrid
The room is small and didn't look as nice as in the internet
good location to nearby shopping places, near basic amenities. the hotel provides nice gesture for my friend's bday.
thin wall; able to head fire engine/ambulance run by each night, mattress is rather thin and a bit hard
Proximity to Centre
Staff were unpleasant and bed was uncomfortable
The Location right in the heart of Madrid.
Nothing it was a brilliant visit.
Excellent location, nice hotel, breakfast and customer service outstanding.
Location js great
Although the location was convenient, the noise (evem during sleep) coming from streets is seriously something that needs to be mentioned. Windows need to be updgraded to block at least some noise...
Location Clean & secure Would we stay there again? Yes. That says it all.
Thin doors - noise
The perfect location in a busy street for tourist. I also like the very helpful staff like Julia from Poland. The best part is the easy access to Gran Via.
Overall, no complaint. Just those tourist who missed this place.
Big room, close to restaurants, shops and metro.
No tea and coffee facilities.
The car parking was 30 euro !!!!
the location is good - the bed was comfortable - the hot water and wifi worked fine - but .....
i wouldnt stay here again - not until they re-do all the rooms - the furniture and decor is completely void of any interesting or appealing qualities - so arriving was almost depressing - and coming back to the room was only done when necessary
Great location in city center, lots of shopping malls, sightseen and restaurants nearby.
If you travel by car, you need to pay around 20-26 euros per 24 hours for parking at public parkhouse near hotel.
- no locks to the bathroom door.
location location location and reasonable price for a family of five
old decore and poor facilities, for example no gym
Location, staff staff are friendly.
Room is dirty.
good value for money, great location - the city center of a 5-minute walk. Good bed and breakfast
a bit noisy under the windows, but they can be closed because of air-conditioning
Was a LARGE dorm style room, 2 sets of bunks and a double bed. Plenty of room for cases. No view but location ok. Friendly staff
Location: nearby Puerta de Sol (5 minutes walk) and Gran Via (1 minute). A lot of the main monuments and attractions are on walking distance.
Beds were too hard and airco wasn't working well. In de the evening, there are al lot of prostitutes in the streets nearby the hotel (not very nice with younger children). noisy hotel: you can hear other guest walking and talking in the corridor
Served its purpose well
Location was great! Very central!
Excellent location; right in the centre of Madrid. The staff were helpful, the air conditioning worked and so did the wifi (3 things that make this hotel different from other Spanish hotels in my experience!).
My room was clean, but looked like it had seen better days. And the hotel generally could do with a refresh. The mattress was a little too firm, but that's just my preference. The most annoying thing was that the hotel entrance is always locked and you have to press a buzzer every time to enter. Sometimes, at night, if the guard was asleep I had to wait 5-10 minutes to get back inside, after pressing the buzzer again and again.
Good staf clean metro very close
Hotel is not walking distance to main attractions need to take the metro or taxi to move around
Location is perfect. Staff was friendly.
Breakfast was not included with some room deals, should be careful while booking.
