Excellent facilities Friendly staff Lovely views
Great hotel, fab location, awesome views, excellent food, comfy rooms, nice pool
The pool is just incredible, and I recommend getting a room with a terrace because the terrace is HUGE, and just all around the hotel is just amazing views. It looks modern with a vintage touch in certain rooms. It was just the most romantic trip me and my partner ever went on.
The bar needs to be open until later.
The hotel staff surprised us with room service of fruit & bubbly .... Very nice touch
very good view, cosy lobby and rooms, fantastic gardens
View, sleep quality, pool area
Total lack of staff professionalism Room organization
Great value for money, very clean, would recommend for couples!!!!
Pay extra for use of spa
Lovely room with fabulous view. Great pool. Drinks and snacks reasonably priced for 4* hotel.
Internet access in the room kept cutting out.
Absolutely stunning views in a fabulous location.
The location of the hotel nestled on the valley's edge was breathtaking. The amenities including the pool and day spa were fantastic.
Couldn't stay longer
We really enjoyed our stay here. Left the hotel feeling very relaxed. Will definitely recommend to our friends.
Hotel looks very new, amazing view from the room balcony that worth the money, hotel looks very new, great swimming pool and relaxing area, great breakfast.
The hotel is about 1km from the old city, room was quite small, bed was too jumpy
Location, views from gardens and terrace, the staff is very nice. A place to go!
The most attentive, polite and professional staff Stunnig location Excellent food
There was nothing we didn't like , absolutely fantastic weekend
Competent and friendly staff. Nice hotel pool and spa area. Good restaurant. Spectacular view on the terrace.
We booked at very short notice and couldn't have a twin room as requested but we were upgraded to a superior room free of charge. The staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful, including the gardener! The view from the pool was magical. The simple lunch we had was excellent and very good value. The very short walk into town made everything perfect.
This hotel has been refurbished and is a very high quality standard. We had two rooms and both were excellent. The setting is spectacular with breathtaking views of the sunset from the veranda . Within easy 5 minute walk of the bullring and all the sights in Ronda.
My fiancé and I went away for a week to relax in the sun and the Catalonia Reina Victoria was perfect. It was in a beautiful setting, views absolutely stunning and close to the town. The food was lovely, staff very accomodating, pool small but lovely, rooms comfortable and clean.
Views in "superior" rooms Very comfortable mattress Complimentary water bottles to make coffee with Nespresso Simple but tasty food with room service (reasonable prices) Lourdes was only one looking happy at work
Terrible Room lay out. Hand Basin facing your bed Toilets + Shower room with glass doors allowing no intimacy Foul smell in shower room with dark cheap dark material for walls. Iron oxydationstains on ground from stool's legs Finger stains on glass + area around plugs Cheap bad taste plastic cushions on bed Cheap plastic mini bar No Umbrella to enjoy the views in sun scorched large terrace!!! Staff had long faces. Didn't smile lots One lady at the lobby had the usual arrogant talk when I asked how to change audio set up from German to English. She started asking silly questions as if I never saw a tv in my life. I read German & fixed the problem myself Gardens were poorly maintained in remote areas. Lack of staff and perceptible staff discontent about it (I speak spanish) No breakfast despite 109 EUR is not acceptable. No Book of Complaints Compared to Iberostar, Marriott or similar, very mediocre with reviews from people paying little attention to essential details Poor Wifi Average AC
I liked how easy it was to book this hotel as the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and I got a really good deal on a twin room for my friend and I. It had stunning views of Ronda's beautiful landscape. The facilities were excellent and I really enjoyed my Spa experience and would highly recommend it to guests. If the spa isn't your cup of tea, relaxing beside the pool was another good way to spend time at the hotel. The food was delicious and the breakfast- although expensive at 16 euros, was worth every cent.I would recommend this hotel to couples, families and business groups, and think it would be an ideal honeymoon location as travel to places such as Marbella and Seville from here is easy. I didn't want to leave the hotel and think it is worthy of another star!
I didn't really like the doors in the bathroom in the room as they were made of glass and did not lock.
Views, comfort or rooms really chilled quality experience
We stayed in a superior room with terrace overlooking the Tajo Gorge. The room was very spacious, quite and newly furnished. The hotel had excellent facilities including a gym, spa and beautifully located outdoor pool. Restaurant and bar served excellent food and had excellent service. Overall a beautiful place for a relaxing stay.
Arrogant reception service.
The view, proximity to town. Great breakfast. Friendly staff
Sun beds - many were broken and the surface became unbearably hot.
