My friend and I stayed here for 4 days, the hotel was clean and comfy but the staff made it - nothing was to much trouble to them. Would recommend this hotel, great location too.
Spa seemed to be closed quite a bit.
I have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions - and the standard is consistent - good clean rooms - helpf and friendly staff and good facilities
I still don't understand why older mature children cannot enter the span in the afternoons - when I was there - most of the adults made more noise !
Great spa. Nice quiet location. Great sea views. Good size rooms.
The position was very good, very comfortable and value for money.
The evening buffet food warmers are not hot enough making the food cold to eat. The Restaurant in the Hotel is very pricey for Breakfast if you are not big eaters. The spa has deteriorated noticeably during the year since we last visited and needs desperately maintenance carrying out.

not a hotel to stay around and relax at the bar
location & clean
It was quite floor& room , the rooms are clean and specious
The Internet never worked during my stay for the whole week and the prepaid one also never worked and the staff insested that the problem was my iPad was not functioning right and I used my iPad outside the hotel and it was perfectly fine. Also at booking.com the hotel advertises that the have a safe in the room but actually you have to pay for it ! And it costs €5.00 or something a day
Breakfast was very good, room was a good size and very clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly, the spa was great, we will make use of hotel in the near future.
Its a shame that for a four star hotel one has to pay for a good wifi connection.
Perfect spa very helfull reception
The hotel has good location. The building is quite new and clean. Bath room is big. Hotel's personnel speak English well and everybody is friendly. Room is nice and confortable though I am not sure It is really 4 stars. Maybe it is 3+++.))
Safe box was charged though It wasn't mentioned on booking.com web-site as I remember. TV often had bad line, so it often didn't work. The room-service didn't clean floor in my room during 2 weeks. I also believe that the hotel charged me 3-4 times more for telephone than I actually talked.
The location was excellent, near the beach and we had a lovely view. We enjoyed spa a lot and the pool in the roof. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was too expensive.
Everything about the hotel was good, we only stayed for 3 nights and did not book breakfast as we would be leaving on the last day before breakfast was available. The room had everything that we needed, the view was good and the walk into the centre of Marbella gave us the exercise that we needed.
Booking.com printout gave the wrong post code for the hotel that caused us a few problems as the Sat Nav when set to the printed information took us miles away from the hotel. We could not fathom out working the air conditioning and the room was too warm at times.
Clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice quiet area.
Difficulty with wi-fi. Bar person not behind bar on several occasions when guests were waiting at bar. Lack of shower room after check out!
The SPA, the beds, the place, every thing.
Pools and sauna v good
Breakfast could be better.. Fruit selection is poor No fish Sausages terrable
The hotel was lovely. Great breakfasts, very helpful staff. Fab leisure centre and spa. Good location . Would definitely go back
Would have been nice if the bar stayed open later than 12 spa was a great experience!
Shower problems in both rooms and kne of the hair dryers was dangerous with loose wires hanging out! outdoor pool and jaquzi were too cold to use. That was a shame!
very pleasant welcome. reception staff very intentive. first impressions very good and would recommend hotel and would return,
Value for money and a reasonable place to put your head down for the night Friendly staff Short walk to the beech Easy cost free parking
No curtains to draw in our room and ridiculous pillows Spa is dated Quite a wait for taxis
Loved the spa facilities and the rooftop pool with fantastic views over the coastline.
Perfect location Great spa Large comfy beds Very good breakfast
Building work nearby
Location, you have to walk a bit,to get to oldtown etc, which to me is great exercise. The Spa is old but excellent, better than many others. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent.
There is not much to dislike.
Roof top pool and sunbathing facilities were first class.
The price was reasonable for a quick last minute break. It was quiet and got a good nights sleep.
Staff were unhelpful and miserable. There were no basic facilities such as tea/coffee making, ironing etc. and we were told these were only available in the higher end rooms - I didn't think a kettle was a luxury! Hotel was dated and in need of refurbishment.
Bar area and staff were
Spa area looked a little run down
