The adults-only H10 Andalucía Plaza is located in Marbella, just 400 metres from Puerto Banús and within walking distance of the beach. It features an outdoor swimming pool.
Score from 716 reviews Good
Free parking, localization, close to main Marbella's avenue and to the beach and boardwalk.lots of mid-priced but very good restaurants and food shops nearby.
No info that the swimming pool (connected with spa) is free for only one entrance during a one weeks stay, the hotel's "water" center didn't look impressive anyway. Building site with a lot f noise just between the hotel east side and Congress Palace.
smart reception/bar/ lobbies
occasional smell of engine oil in our bedroom, bizarre but not traceable,wi fi did not seem to connect.
We had a junior suite so we loved the big bathtub. The spa facilities were very good too and staff seemed pleasant enough.
Pet friendly hotel and staff, nice rooms, super breakfast, stayed an extra day we enjoyed it so much!
Work on the conference centre meant that access was a little difficult but that will be resolved when the work is finished.
Loved the Spa!
Wif didn't work at all
The breakfast first class. Spotlessly clean everywhere
Couldn't get to use the spa. Shower head leaked everywhere.
Everything was excellent loved the place the breakfast the service the spa all was great cant wait to go again
There was nothin not to like
Bathroom nice and large
No blankets on the bed and heater not working at all in 4 degree weather
Free morning in the spa what a bonus.
we did not have a bad experience
When will hotels learn that strong wifi is as vital in todays life as hot water in showers - they don't charge extra for hotter bath water so why charge a premium for faster wifi? On that basis alone I will never stay here again.
Very clean, spa facilities were excellent, room is of high standard with great view over Marbella. Only a short walk to beach restaurants and bars. Stay later option till 6pm on the day you check out is perfect!
Staff attitude was first class. Service was fine. Breakfast couldn't be faulted. Great value for money
Good sized room
Due to the closure of pool, the hotel management agreed gracefully to our request to compensate our disappointment with excellent breakfast for 2 mornings for the whole family.
Hotel indoor pool was closed during our 4 nights stay. Pity as we had chosen this hotel so our children could play in the water a bit everyday despite long walks and touristic visits. Nevertheless they made good (see positive remarks)!
A surprise charge for using the 'room' safe having tried on numerous occasions to use the safe following the instructions only to find out when speaking to reception that there is a daily charge. We were told the Spa was available. We were given details on clothing/shoes by reception, including towel deposit only to find when we got to the Spa that the Spa was closed on Monday the day of our arrival. Breakfast was priced on the web at 11euros with no option to prebook. In the elevator there was a notice to say it was 12 euros and on clarification at reception we were informed it was 13.20 euros. The garage at cost of 10 euros a night was a maze of pillars and walls with awful un ventilated atmosphere with no clear directions to the hotel section. An occupant of the apartments showed us where to park the car. The room thermostat was inoperable..
Room cleaning - waste basket not emptied until placed at the door. Spa - towels need to be supplied. Room towels wet after Spa use so showering in own bathroom is done with a wet towel. Also no one advised that towels were not available in the Spa until we came out of the pool!!
Spa was excellent. Hotel was nice n clean. Big bed.
Room was a bit tight due to the oversized bed.
First time to be charged for usage of safe box in the room! Free WIFI is only working good in hotel lobby but, in rooms very very weak.
Location Big rooms The SPA had many diffrent bath tubs
The minibar was empty The beds was horrible to sleep in so was the bed clothes. The SPA was dirty so was the changing room and it was only one changing room for men and women so it was a bit difficult to get ready so we had to og to Our rooms and shower etc
I liked the location.
Upon our arrival we were told the SPA didn't work and they did not offer any compensation. Only after booking.com spoke with them we got free breakfast for 2 days, but that did not compensate. The whole hotel had a weird smell and although in terms of cleanness it was ok, I wonder if those blankets ever got to see water. It was really cheap, and I guess we got the value for money but I do not recommend it to anyone. Also we were 3 people in one room and it was really small - but again it was cheap and we got what we paid for, I guess...
Bad cleaning No spa available, even promoted as a spa hotel Noisy hallways
It is a very nice looking hotel, on The Golden Mile, the most prestigious part of Marbella, but ......
The only reason we chose this hotel is because it prides itself on being a SPA hotel and booking.com stayed that guests could enjoy a free 2 hour session. To our surprise, on arrival we were told that the spa was out of order. One receptionist informed us that The spa was undergoing maintenence and the other said it had broken down the night before ! i asked to speak to the manager and was promptly told that he could not speak to me at all, but that I could try to speak to him the next day which of course I did not do. I could not believe how appalling the customer service was, in short it did not exist at all ! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone! To make things worse booking.com has the wrong postal code, it should be 29002 and the name of the street is wrong too, it should be Av. Alfonso Hohenlohe so it took us ages to find the place too !
Location breakfast room view balcony in rooms
There was no free WiFi, cost 20€ for a week and also be sure that spa facilities were open, we paid forward for two months, nobody told us that spa was closed, but we paid whole amount
Excellent stay all round.Great, very clean and spacious room.I would find it hard to fault anything about our stay,Well done all the staff.
Our only down side to our stay was coming home.
Everything , buffer breakfast was generous and tasty.
