Excellent Breakfast

Rooms a little tired, and bathroom needing upgrading. Some pointing around bath black.

The hotel was clean and stylish and like many hotels of its type very impersonal. The staff at reception were helpful and the limited services we used were efficient and good. The location to La Rambla was excellent and there were a few good restaurants and bars around.

The hotel was a great place to be based to access the city but if you're looking for a warm and friendly hotel then this isn't the place to go. This is not a criticism, simply an observation.

Hotel foyer very welcoming, impressive, quiet location yet close to everything required, excellent location. The bedrooms/bathroom were very clean, good sizes comfortable beds, good sized room, staff very helpful and friendly.

although a non smoking room, distinct smell of tobacco and once or twice a dampish/sour like smell coming from some rooms in the hallway,which would concern me if I had been allocated those rooms!!

Splendid hotel in a very conveient location. Very comfortable bedroom, air conditioned and tastefully decorated. Good room service too. Couldn't hear any outside noise even being close to La Rambla.

Only one english language station on T.V. (cnn). Tea and coffee in the room would've been nice. No plug for the sink. Thin walls so can be noisy if you've got inconsiderate neighbours. Nothing too major really.

Location excellent, staff friendly and helpful, good selection of free toiletries left in room every day + free slippers came in useful after a long day walking the cobbled streets!

Walls very thin - could hear shower being used in bathrooms either side, was so loud thought that my shower had come on of its own accord!

All the staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. We were a bit hesitant after reading some unfavorable reviews on the website, however, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, excellent location, no complaints at all. We definitely recommend the hotel

excellent location near Rambla

dark room, no view from window, the rooms are not sound proof, no internet connection in room, only in lobby, breakfast too expensive, no coffee/tea facility in room, deposit for pool towels
