A really nice town with a lovely big harbour and good beach.
A really nice town with a lovely big harbour and good beach. Plenty of restaurants of all kinds, and bar. Nice shopping area. Not particularly lively, more suited to young families and older visitors.

I really loved Porto Cristo.
I really loved Porto Cristo. The town is not too busy or not too quiet. There is a good balance between locals and tourists and you get aa great diversity of people set in a Spanish culture. It is an hour and a half's bus ride away from Palma de Majorca which is not bad. The beaches in the surrounding area is beautiful and the stores and restaurants are lovely as well.

Really nice harbour town.
Really nice harbour town. Nice selection of bars / restaurants although sometimes difficult to get a seat at peak times - advise booking in the town centre.
This is a very relaxed kind of place - great for chilling / beach days or pool days and a bit of sight seeing. However, it is quiet - there are no lively music bars or clubs. If you want a lively place best go to a bigger town.

Porto Cristo was disappointing although looking at first...
Porto Cristo was disappointing although looking at first glance idyllic, there was very little to see and do. A visit to the Caves of Drach were unbelievable, so magical and the tour was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Porto Cristo is surprisingly accessible by bus from Palma...
Porto Cristo is surprisingly accessible by bus from Palma airport and it's the location to be in if you want to explore the caves that the island is famous for.
You can find many small beaches nestled in little gulfs which can serve as a nice launch point for SUPs or kayaks. Ideally though, you'll also book guided sea caving adventures and get to explore incredible locations that would be quite dangerous without an experienced guide. And if this seems to exciting for you, there are also very touristy options such as Coves del Drach or Coves del Hams.
Wow! Atic Bordils is the most beautiful apartment I have ever stayed in! Joan is a brilliant host and was on hand for any questions. The view from the terrace is even better in reality, and the apartment is so well designed and equipped. The artwork and attention to detail make the property very special indeed. Porto Cristo is a quiet town, but there are plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, and a good bus service runs all around the island if you want to take day trips to Palma or other places. Just perfect.
Overall the room did the job and was perfect for what we needed it for. Great location on the beach front - although we were placed in the back hotel a street behind so sadly no sea views but we didn't pay for that so no problems here. Porto Cristo is a lovely town to visit, quiet during the day and lively at night and would always recommend a visit to anyone travelling to Mallorca. We used the outdoor pool, gym and wellness centre facilities which were well maintained during covid and a great way to break up our days.
The staff were really lovely and helpful. They were always ready to answer my questions. Cleaning staff were super friendly and very efficient. The view from the room was outstanding - I'll be asking for the same room if I ever go back. Location-wise, it's really close to the beach and the marina and really most of Porto Cristo, but it's nice and quiet because it's not directly on the main seafront. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop to Manacor, Palma, and to the airport.
I had a safe, clean, comfortable and tranquil stay at Vista Allegre. Miguel and his mother who run the hotel are accommodating and friendly.
The hotel is just steps away from Cala Anguila. There are other calas close by. Also, a beautiful walk along the cliffs.
Make sure you bring cash to eat at the beach front restaurants near by. And there are small grocery stores in the area but I recommend grocery shopping in Manacor for more selection.
The space was a perfect setup for our family of four with two young children. The location is in a great location and walking distance for everything in Porto Cristo. We had no problems with parking during our visit in February.
We loved the AC units in the apartment for the chilly nights, and enjoyed the patio during the day.
The hostess was gracious and very welcoming for our family. She was quick to communicate and helpful for our stay.
All of the staff was just wonderful and super friendly! The sea view from the room was amazing and the bed super comfortable. The breakfast and dinner was just delicious. Jose makes the best omelletes! They have a spa which you can basically use all to yourself. They have lots of bikes to rent which you can use to cycle to nearby beaches. What a great value for a 5 star hotel! This was one of my favorite hotels to stay at ever.
Juan was so nice and friendly, very fast (instantly!) to react via whatsapp, helping us get taxis, organize new towels, he even gave me a ride to the supermarket in porto cristo and back in his own car. Service extra-ordinaire!
Plus good airco and a nice safe in bedroom free of charge.
Very nice restaurant ‘Fifteen’ at other side of the beach anguila. Strongly recommended!
Location, location and location. These apartments are really convenience and just walking distance to one of the hidden gems of Mallorca (Cala Anguila). The staff was super helpful and they went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible offering us an upgrade to a better apartment that was perfect for our newborn.
Overall the property is very beautiful. The hotel is very well designed. The outside area is also stunning, shout-out to the gardener who is doing a great job! The pool area is very clean and comfortable. The service girls from the morning shift at breakfast are super sweet.
The room is exceptionally clean and well-equipped and has a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast was above average and high quality. The hotel provides paid parking or you can easily find a parking spot in a free parking place 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Stunning location overlooking Porto Cristo Harbour. Short 10-15 minute walk to Porto Cristo town for most people but uphill on way back! Rooms and living space all very spacious and everything you need. Villa is very big and bright and airy.
Breakfast was not included. Nice apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was great. Restaurants and bigger shops were mainly in Porto Cristo, more than 3 km from our place. Friendly personnel, peaceful area and lovely pool.
Fabulous place to stay, the staff were very accommodating got us an iron within 20 minutes kept our luggage very friendly . Hotel was brand new beautiful room great location had a big bath on terrace room was spotless.
