The traditional style of the "holiday village" is great, and the on-site restaurant has excellent food for dinner/supper. There are no decent beaches in this area, so it is best for hiking and visiting the small towns and villages around, unless you have a car or are prepared for long bus journeys. A hike up to the Chinyero volcano area is highly recommened, and there are many other hiking sites within half an hours drive. The roads could be daunting for an inexperienced driver, so be aware.

Everything was really nice, cozy and good quality. Top breakfast, snacks, coffee and wine in the evening. The lady from the reception was very friendly and knowledgeable. This hotel is a must visit, much better than the usual touristy resorts. Also they offer free private parking, a bit plus for us.
