The people who work there are rude, mean and hostile and clearly do not enjoy being in the hospitality business. They do not employ front desk staff so you only interact with them by phone, giving the place a feeling like it has been abandoned. Whoever bought it has done no work to upkeep the place.

The property was beautiful & well kept. The owners put effort into little details & were very helpful. They prepared a very nice breakfast. The location was great. We did have a little trouble parking at first but the owner assisted us. We loved the little balcony in our room.

The hotel experience we had truly resonated with our expectations. Offering commendable value for the money, it came with delightful surprises. The highlight was certainly the immaculate and inviting pool. Although the poolside beds seemed a bit aged and firm, the sunbeds thoughtfully placed in front of our rooms made up for it with their comfort. One could not help but appreciate the extensive greenery and diverse range of plants that transformed the hotel grounds into an inviting oasis. It imbued a heart-warming, homely feel that was further accentuated by the incredibly courteous and professional staff. As for the rooms, they were spotless and served our needs perfectly. While basic in their amenities, they provided exactly what we were expecting. We primarily used them for restful slumbers, so the key factor of cleanliness was absolutely fulfilled. The breakfast service, however, left a bit to be desired in terms of variety. Nonetheless, the freshness of the fruits and beverages served was truly exceptional. The selection could be improved, but it was still a pleasant start to the day. In conclusion, our stay was genuinely enjoyable and we would not hesitate to recommend it to those seeking value and a warm, comfortable environment.CarolineNetherlands - 6.0Scored 6.0
Esporles itself is a very small town, almost village size.
Esporles itself is a very small town, almost village size. There is a pharmacy, a bank, several restaurants, a Spar and a greengrocers. All pretty well stocked. Not necessary to go here as it's just a small peaceful town and has nothing exceptional, unless that is what you're looking for. You can go for a hike in the mountain though it's quite an easy one and the mountain isn't green or dense either.

The hotel is a lovingly restored 16th century property, the views are breathtaking and the service impeccable. Other highlights would include the plentiful breakfast, the dinner we had one evening and last but not least Eivi's constant and painstaking effort to ensure we had the best time. She always had the best advice and went above and beyond. Really nothing to fault. We cannot wait to come back!

The GR-211 hiking route runs exactly past it. I often went for a run. The view from the room and terrace to the mountains is beautiful. The hostel is a bit basic and the interior could use some touch up & freshening up. But the value for money is great and the staff are really really nice. Breakfast was great and they also serve good dinners on request. About 30 min drive to both Palma centre, the airport and Playa de Sóller. Would love to come againLCBootNetherlands

It is beautifully quiet, apart from the charming sound of the donkey at feeding time. The room and patio were quite a bit larger than I was expecting. The views from the room, breakfast restaurant and pool are fantastic. My visit was for a few days cycling and the location was ideal.

We specifically want to mention the staff: we’d been here before and liked their hospitality and overall friendliness. That made us decide to come back. This was again the case and they even were as kind to drive my wife to hospital when I was there with our daughter and she unexpectedly had to be admitted.
