It was a decent hotel. Good size room and clean. For us it was a plus that it had private parking.

A very convenient smaller town with excellent cheap transport to explore Nice where the Rugby World Cup was being held. a fine town beach with many beachfront restaurants along a boardwalk provided choices for eating while watching the sun go down over nearby Antibes.

An excellent hotel based near the airport.
An excellent hotel based near the airport. The location is great - a few steps to the beach, a dozen or so restaurants on the Esplanade, and the shopping center CAP3000 a short walk away. The room size was great, it was clean, the beds were very comfortable and the balcony looking out to the sea was fabulous. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the hotel's free airport shuttle bus a boon to travellers. All in all, an enjoyable stay - a very welcome bonus at the end of the holiday for weary travellers, and I look forward to returning.

Great location, overpriced. we ate at the restaurabt associated with the hotl and were pleased. We did not get a room with an oeanview as advertised and we were met with a "courteous" apology but nothing more. Shop around before you choose to stay here.

My trip was based in the Cap 3000 mall and a local hotel and conference centre. So I did not use the town much except for travel connections which are very good and it is easy to get to the rest of the Riviera for very good prices.

St. Laurent is the second-largest suburb of the city of Nice, after Cagnes-sur-Mer, in the urban community of Nice Côte d'Azur. It lies adjacent to it on the west side on the other side of the river Var.

Beds were decent and room was nice.
Beds were decent and room was nice. However, pictures of hotel’s exteriors don’t reflect reality. Its an old building that smells like damp. Also ironing board and iron only found in a small laundry room on the 1st floor. Very impractical.

Our host, Veronique was super nice, helpful and welcoming. Hospitality would get the best score at this place, although everything else was really great. We would happily return here again. The room was well equipped - offering even more toileteries than many fancy hotels -, the room had a great airco, comfortable bed. We also received a welcome package with a selection of sweets, fruits, etc. The breakfast was very nice and fresh every morning, we could have it privately on the terrace with an amazing view to the city.
The shuttle driver we had at night was truly incredulous. My husband had thrown his back out and was wearing a leg brace, yet he got lots the airport and opened the doors to the van and ran into the airport for something. 5 min later he came out and did the same at the hotel. Huge bags and a horrid cart to manage on our own. The Morning front desk woman (also shuttle driver) was wonderful though, and tried to help a bit. She should be promoted. He needs to be let go.
Spatious and comfortable private garage for travelling with bike holder. Very good acess to the bike roads and the train station if you want to go by bike anywhere and possibly come back by train (as we did to Cannes). We had a luck to have a quite spatious room with separate toilet and shower. The hotel was new and clean. There is a large shopping mall with a beach nearby, if you want to get some decently priced gifts or practically anything and also have a bath.
You can find everything you need nearby: beaches, restaurants, spar, gas station, CAP3000 is only 15 min walk. The host is amazing and extremely kind. The private parking is very comfortable. The apartament is very well equiped. The balcony is big with an extraordinary view to the sea. It is easy to drive in any directions: Nizza, Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, etc.
Well-equipped apartment with comfortable bed. Good communication with hosts beforehand. Close to shopping centre and beachfront restaurants. Handy to have a washing machine. Private parking space in basement is good to have, BUT very tight to get into so be prepared! Don’t rely on ‘free’ parking outside - no spaces available.
The apartment was nice and cosy with a nice balcony and access to a pool. It was equipped with all the essentials and was clean and comfortable. It was 5 minutes walk from a nice and vibrant beach strip with lots of restaurants, bars and clubs.
The host was very friendly and the communication smooth and uncomplicated.

Everything was as expected. Reading the reviews we knew in advance that it's not the newest hotel, but it was clean and had everything we needed in the apartment. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient if you want to explore the cities around.

Good Ibis hotel with good soundproof and clean rooms. Rather good location - the big mall directly in tge front of hotel and direct connection to the Nice center through airport. Parking garage has rather narrow parking places but it is included in the price (no additional charge needed)
Clean, functional and quiet - very close to several buses and the Cap 3000 shopping centre, 30 seconds walk to the beach ! The sea front has multiple restaurants and bars, all walking distance from the flat. There's a bus stop 2 minutes away that takes you into Nice every 10-15 minutes.
Beautiful apartment. Very clean and comfortable, with a great balcony and sea view. The apartment contains all necessary equipment. The host is very friendly and ready to help with everything you need. For sure I will stay there again.
The location was good but need to use trains or buses if you don't drive there. Lots around, able to walk to the shops. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. Lots of facilities at the hotel.
very good location. Close to the coast as well as shopping area. The area was quiet and safe. Private parking space was available in front of building. The room was clean and comfortable.
