The AC unit in my room did not work.
The AC unit in my room did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would have it looked at, but it was never fixed during our stay in June. We opened the window to cool the room down and get fresh air. The area around the hotel is run down. It looked like an old business district that was hit with hard times. However, the train station is right across the street (very convenient) and there is a shopping mall next door with access to Auchan, similar to a Walmart with a full grocery store. The hotel charged me for breakfasts that were charged to my room. We never ate there and it took a few emails, after I returned home, to get this charge refunded to my credit card.

It takes approximately 30 minutes train ride either way (from hotel to Disneyland or hotel to Paris- Auber station). And since hotel is outside Paris city center, the price is not as steep. Whats also good is that hotel offers free drinking water via a water dispenser on every floor (includes both still and sparkling water). Theres also a nearby mall with grocery.

The soundproofing of the room was good, so it was quite inside and no noise from the hallway. The property is not in Paris itself but very easily accessible (as if you are travelling by metro in Paris and then walk about 15 minutes via calm green areas). Everything inside was very clean and modern. I would prefer this hotel to my other 2 which were in Paris itself.

The kitchen staff was very friendly and the hotel also serves breakfast and dinner in your bedroom on request.

The room looks cute, everything looks new and I even had a small kitchen in my room 😊. The kitchen had a sink, silverware, a mini fridge, a small stove, some pans and noodle drainer, and a microwave. Perfect! The bathroom was great, it had an amazing shower and enough space.
