The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are definitely small, but not unexpected for an affordable option.

Location is poor. In a very busy and loud neighborhood with not a lot nearby. Breakfast is extra. Was told the bar opened at 12, then 3, finally opened at 4. No coffee available.
Providing a garden, Klara's Guesthouse - Chambre chez L'habitant offers accommodations in Bagnolet. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio.

The owner is very nice and friendly lady. Garden was beautiful but needs some better arrangements 😅. Bathroom was big enough and comfortable. It might be a bit small for some people but we, my wife and I, liked it. I didn't expect Wifi but she provided. That was nice of her.

The house is Very close to the metro station and food outlets. Its a nice apartment with good bed , kitchen facilities and clean toilet. Checkin and checkout was very smooth. The host was very cordial and friendly. Overall very good three nights stay. When i come back to paris i will rent this place again.

It's a great option for budget travellers with easy access to public transport including metro and bus. The surrounding area is a bit rough around the edges, but there is a mall across the street which is very convenient for picking up necessities and snacks. The restaurant in the building has lots of options and is not too pricey.

It is easy to get around Bagnolet - public transport works very well, but it is also easy to walk to other places. We spent days exploring Paris but had breakfast in the nearest bakeries that served good coffee, delicious baguettes and pastries. We also tried the local Chinese bar in the mall, and the food was good.
Another convenience is Auchan next to the hotel, Lidl within walking distance, and many small local stores and restaurants.
The neighbourhood is not beautiful but safe and relatively quite.

Having stayed often in 'budget' hotels I can say this is one of the better ones. The staff in particular were especially friendly, efficient and helpful to tourists.
The room was fine, although a little small, and the facilities functional and clean. Breakfast was tasty and filling and the dining area kept well clean. The hotel location is ideal for a couple traveling by car to visit Paris as parking is available without the need to drive into Paris city centre and the metro station entrance is just a few metres from the hotel.
We can certainly recommend the Reseda as a place from which to explore Paris for a long weekend.

The location was excellent for us...just outside the last arrondissement but with a metro connection across the street and an Auchan grocery store within 1 block. The price was less than 1/2 what we would have paid nearer tourist attractions. Getting there was super easy: bus # 351 from CDG Airport was a direct link, had room for our luggage and cost only 2.5 euros when we purchased tickets from the driver.

We had a few nights at the hotel while exploring Paris. It was fairly close to the Metro and easy to get into the city. A good budget alternative for your Paris vacation. All clean and tidy, but nothing extra. You get what you pay for!

If you are happy with a simple but clean place to stay, this B&B place is a good option. Safe, friendly staff, a comfortable bed, fast internet, good grocery shopping and eating places just round the corner. It is not far from the CDG airport as well as the top attractions in Paris, like the Louvre or the Eifel Tower. If you make you reservation via Booking.com, you get discount ticket offers for trips and tours.
The hotel was right next to the highway, which made it an easy stop, coming from southern France. The building was isolated properly, which made sure you didn't hear the highway which was literally 50 meters from the hotel. The breakfast was OK, choice was good enough for one day, as we stayed for only one night. The shower had good pressure and the temperature could be set to burning hot.
The bed was comfortable, so the sleep was good, with help of the A/C as it was relatively warm.
Great building and right across the street from the Metro. Friendly staff. The room is clean and very suitable as a studio apartment. It's really helpful if you want to have a small kitchen while you are staying. To be farther out from central Paris, it's a good location since its right across the train. Also near a few food options and grocery stores. It was pretty hot and there's no AC but the staff did bring up a fan for me before I had to ask.
The hotel has a modern infrastructure with two close metro stations by a walk that leads to the centre of Paris. The food from the breakfast was always fresh and good. The rooms are small but really comfortable and I loved the fact they were soundproof (we did not hear anything from outside our room). The employees were always pleasant, so overall I recommend 100% choosing this accommodation if you want a costly/quality option within Paris.
The reception is open round the clock all week. The staff are very helpful, patient and forthcoming, indeed more than once they even helped me get stuff from the vending machine when it was proving difficult. Speaking of which, the vending machines at the entrance are very well stocked too. Last but not least, the hotel is very conveniently located if you want to be close enough to downtown Paris.
I liked how spacious this 3-bedroom was and it was a great value! It’s close to a few markets so we were able to walk and buy groceries. It was much more economical for our group to stay in Bagnolet than to stay in Paris. The property was super clean. We loved having the double shower, double sink, and laundry units in the bathroom.

It’s difficult to find a large apartment with balcony and parking like this in Paris. This area is very comfortable. Lidl is under the building. It takes only few minutes to go to metro and supermarket. There are many restaurants, cafés nearby.
The host is really kind.
The loft is far from the centre of Paris but there is not any problem to access the centre of Paris.
You can take a metro from Robespierre station(Metro No. 9) or Gallieni(Metro No. 3) to visit the centre of Paris..
Reservation manager Jeremy was friendly, helpful and giving us tips to travel around in Paris . Hotel room is cleaned.Hotel is Very near to metro and the shopping mall has very big supermarket.
Although the location is not very near to the center of Paris, the transportation is convenient. The room is clean and cozy, and the bathroom is neat. Great experience.
I loved how comfortable the bed was. The hotel had everything what we needed.
Closed by there was an amazing local bakery with affordable prices and tasty.
Quiet street, easy walk to bakery and shops. 40 min by metro to central Paris. Adequate space for two. Hosts were quick to respond to questions on email.
