The location of the hotel in the Place du Capitole is dramatic and convenient, though the rooms do not look out to the square. The rooms are clean and fairly comfortable, perhaps slightly cramped but well equipped with a good bathroom. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was a good quality buffet.
This hotel is located in Toulouse city centre, next to the Jeanne d’Arc Metro stop. Free Wi-Fi access is provided, and guests have a coffee corner at their disposal in the reception hall.

We liked the location which was just a few minutes away from the town and when u walked back to the hotel in the afternoon or evening it became quiet again from all the noise in the city. The staff were very nice and polite, always eager to help. The breakfast was quite good also.Free coffee, tea and water all day around was also a great plus. The sitting area was small and cosy.Rooms were good also and what I liked a lot was the fact that the toilet and bathroom+shower were in two separate rooms.Bed was ok and space for clothes was cramped but we found a way to store our clothes.Stayed 4 nights.

Very spacious room, comfortable large bed, both a tub and shower in the room. The room layout is optimal, with 2 couches. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety of choices. The restaurant, lobby and bar area are extremely cosy and luminous, as well as the exterior space next to the pool. The latter is a bit small, but enough to enjoy the good weather when it's not crowded. Close to the center, either by walking or metro.

France’s 4th largest city, Toulouse abounds with beautiful red-brick buildings that have earned it the nickname Pink City. The focal point is Place du Capitole, a large square lined by restaurants and the grand Capitole building which is spectacularly lit at night. Equally impressive at night is the Pont-Neuf, a 16th-century bridge spanning the Garonne River.
This remarkably green city has many tree-lined boulevards and parks offering shade. It has a laidback, almost alternative vibe, perhaps due to its huge student population. The cuisine is also fantastic – try the regional duck and the cassoulet.
Must-see Toulouse sights include the UNESCO World Heritage-listed, 10th-century Basilica of Saint Sernin and the Georges Labit Museum, a fascinating collection of Asian and Egyptian artefacts. Record-breaking Stade Toulousain rugby union club is also based here – catch a match to experience the Gallic passion.
Out by Lasbordes Airport is Cité de l’Espace, a space-themed amusement park, particularly suited to young children. Another aviation-related feature is the city’s main industry - the Airbus-EADS factory, just north of Toulouse Blagnac Airport. Book in advance for a tour that includes the Airbus A380 production line.

Toulouse is a brilliant city with many things to do, yes it is expensive but we had an amazing time and visited many galleries and museums. I would highly recommend buying the Tourist pass as we saved a lot of money.

It is so easy to get around.
It is so easy to get around. As expected, it feels more like a "real life city" than the craziness of Paris. More French people than tourists from 'all over'. It was busy in the shopping areas and restaurants, but it did not feel over-crowded.

Toulouse is a large and very vibrant city, with plenty of art, architecture, history, and music. We go for the opera, and I have not taken an opportunity to explore beyond the Place du Capitole. Driving can be difficult because of one-way streets at crazy angles, and the GPS is never up to date as roads are closed and directions are changed.

When going out from the hotel I had the feeling I was already in someone else’s way like a pedestrian or even a car. At the same time , I was next to a restaurant table and trash containers. Beware of dog poo everywhere.
Overall I found this city to be quite dirty and not taken care of properly.
The things I liked were the historical places like the convent, the churches and the capitole. It is also nice to see small businesses supporting local artists and artisans.

Beautiful city with old architecture, especially in the old center. Very lively in the evening, especially considering the number of students who work and live in the city. Central to South-West France, there is a very large choice of very good restaurants for all budgets.

Beautiful city - lovely historic buildings and the river and canal walks were excellent.
Great selection of places to eat and drink and the city citizens were friendly and welcoming.
Was great to see how many people used non fossil fuel forms of transportation and the public transport was super efficient and inexpensive
Overall pretty happy with my stay. The room was clean, the AC worked well in the warm weather and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. The bathroom and bedroom were quite large and there was lots of natural light. My part of the hotel seemed fairly quiet. I can't speak for those staying closer to the fairly busy road on which it is located. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is conveniently located to the metro and generally pretty close to the centre of Toulouse.
Incredible stay at Eklo Toulouse! Everything is modern, eco-crafted, and hip. Loved that there was a work area, Inside/outside seating, and super kind and helpful staff. Also, the Best croissants I've had in France! The train was effortlessly accessible as its right in front of the hotel. Great because I came in/out late and there was someone always willing to help. Also the staff speaks English, French, and Spanish!!! So great as an English speaker. Overall 10/10 would stay again
The accommodation was really pleasant. 5-10 minutes walk from the metro station. There were really all necessary items for a comfort stay. The hosts were really kind. My baggage were 2 days delayed from the airport. However Mohammed in reception did his best to provide anything I asked for and help me find my bags. I am really thankful that i booked at this hotel during my stay in Toulouse.
Very good localisation, 15 min to metro station (Compans Cafarelli) and bus stop from/to Airport; around 15-20 min walking to the main historic centre. Boulangerie and a mini market, opened every day near the hotel.
If you have a flight in the afternoon, you may leave the luggage at the hotel, spend all day in Toulouse, then pick it up and go straight to the airport.
The rooms in the hotel were beautiful and super clean. A pretty boutique hotel well located in Toulouse. Walking distance to all shops and attractions. We stayed in rooms with a street view. We loved it. The room was a good size. The bathroom was very pretty and a good size too. Would definately stay again if in town.
In France we rarely eat hotel breakfasts because they generally overprice breakfasts- but not here. We liked that.
Super location - just outside the old town and easy walking distance to L’entrecôte and Maison de Cassoulet restaurants.
They have parking in the front yard - better than some of the tight indoor garages.
A very well located hotel, within walking distance of Toulouse's old city centre. It's also in a quiet street. Frederic the manager lives in the premises with his family and is very kind. He organised parking for our rental car within 100 metres from the hotel and gave us great tips for visiting the city.
Excellent location so close to Matabiau Gare, hotel is right on very large plaza and canal. Staff were friendly and helpful, very kind. Room was great with plenty of space and well appointed, perfect for solo travel. Room had a lovely large window that opened for fresh air. It was a solid stay.
We spent two nights in Toulouse before meeting friends at the airport for an onward journey. The hotel is in a wonderful location, convenient for all the sights. Lovely room, quiet, with a very comfortable bed. The young man Alexandre on reception was extremely welcoming and helpful.
The hotel met our expectations l. Just a good choice for a three days/two nights trip to Toulouse that we spent most time outside of the hotel. The room was clean and well organized. Everything thing was so clean and the staff was kind and helpful.
Front desk clerk was very friendly. The hotel was secure and very clean, and my room was large and comfortable. The location was excellent, very close to the city centre and I was able to walk across the street to catch my train the next morning.
amazing hotel in the centre of Toulouse - very close to the Capitole. staff were lovely and super helpful would definitely return to this hotel. request a room with a river view and double windows for an even better experience
Great location, comfy big bed, helpful staff. Great sound proofing, no noise from road outside. Airport shuttle direct to hotel by bus or tram and metro. Lots of bars and restaurants and very close to main shopping centre.
Excellent location, secure, and comfortable; polite and welcoming staff. Everything necessary was available for a short family stay. No doubt, this hotel will be on our short list next time we are in Toulouse!
Location was perfect near city centre. Easy to walk around to visit with stroller. Hotel has a carpark, chargeable but with reasonable price. Breakfast was great. Staff was extremely pleasant and friendly.
The hotel's location right by the train station. Special thanks to the front desk staff for showing us where to take the airport shuttle. The room was well-maintained and had a comfortable bed.
Nice hotel and very helpful staff. Very good location close to the City Centre and all the "must-see" places in Toulouse.
Convenient connection from the Airport.
