As a female solo traveler, I felt extremely safe in the neighborhood and in the hotel itself. There are lots of options for public transportation in the area, so you will have no problem getting around the city. Bonus points for the tennis decoration; a must visit for tennis fans especially during Roland Garros ! :) (the Roland Garros complex is very near the hotel- max 10 minute walk)
