Good breakfast, and the room was functional, relatively new, and clean. If the airport shuttle runs, transport to the airport is easy and efficient (3 min drive away). Shout out to the guy who takes care of the breakfast; he was very nice and friendly.

Nice clean hotel, close to Marseille Airport with a perfect shuttle service back & forth. The included breakfast was very good with lots of food choices. Another Hoilday Inn across the road had a restaurant/bar ...

We enjoyed staying at two Holiday Inn Expresses to stay...
We enjoyed staying at two Holiday Inn Expresses to stay close to the airport and one staying close to the St. Charles Train Station in Marseille. They were both well operated, and good for business and travelers. The St. Charles location could easily be a good location to get around Marseille.
I am afraid I do not recommend the town which has trash issues. We did not find this anywhere else in France. The rail station had minimal seating, lots of trash all over the place and on the train lines. If you have to travel through Marseille, stay at the Holiday Inn Express

A great location for us and nice and clean.
A great location for us and nice and clean. We were disappointed to be placed in a handicapped room as neither of us is handicapped and we do not need that kind of facility, nor were we asked if we would like to stay in one. We find the "wet room" vs regular shower not to our liking which is our main negative. Plus, we would not want to deny any one who actually needed that facility which we were in and did not need.
On the other hand, the breakfast area was open before 6 am which allowed us to have a quick breakfast before our shuttle was to pick us up for an early flight. The shuttle was on time and very helpful. All in all, good value but do need to work on room allocation satisfaction!!!

When you need an evening and a night o ly, the experience has to be immediate, there is not another dinner, another breafast, thrrefore you expect from a 4 stars hotel to deliver the best in tetms of commodities, good and service. This was not the case with us at least.

Our stay was on return from holiday before flying back home.
Our stay was on return from holiday before flying back home. The stop-over was excellent so chilled and relaxing, we ate at hotel buffet which was excellent with great choices evening and breakfast and good value. Our trip was short and unable to visit many places in area, but Hotel had numerous books and information on the area and Marseille.
The staff was so nice and helpful and also made sure our late teen kids were staying in the same hallway as us. The front desk staff even took time out to get to know us better and gave us good incite on France from a local perspective. The wine we ordered was delicious and only cost $3! Lastly, the shuttle driver was right on time and dropped us off right at our gate. The front desk made sure we had coffee and juice prior to leaving at 5AM. Keep up the good work!
The pool was an amazing added bonus, and the staff was so friendly. I was so grateful for the shuttle bus to the airport, and the staff even let my friend (who was not staying at the hotel) take advantage of the shuttle. I felt so safe, which I was concerned about as a young woman traveling alone in Marseilles. The hotel is clean and gated, it even smelled nice when you walked in. For a hotel in Europe, it was excellent!
Convenience to airport where we arrived from Athens and train station to travel to Avignon. Airport pick up and drop off a bonus. Great hotel for 2 day stay. Although room was very small it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were healthy and appertising with great selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for short stopover.
This hotel is incredible value: 7 minutes from the airport, right next to a gas station (for refilling rental cars), good wifi, excellent AC, and outstanding convenience. Most of all, we appreciated the details: the fact that there are electrical outlets right next to the beds and the lights can all be turned off from the reading light right next to the bed. We were very pleased!
Clean, quiet, value hotel near the airport. I would stay here again any time I need a quick stop in this area. We stayed for just one night, so I can't leave a super thorough review, but it was great for a quick sleep. We chose this hotel because it was inexpensive and near the airport, and we were not disappointed. It was perfect for our needs.
The appartment was good and convinient for a small group. It was suitably clean, with the necessary appliances. The location was good, easy to connect to different points of interest in Marseille. The host was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this appartment to anyone wishing to enjoy their stay in Vitrolles.
We confused the hotel and they send the shuttle to collect us. This hotel is not beside the airport. There are two ibis beside the airport and that’s why the confusion. This Ibis Styles Is 20 mins from the airport.
We got there at 12pm & had to wait until 3pm for room. Hotel receptionist was nice & helpful to letting us in from the security gate, spoke English, & provided us close location of where we could have lunch.
The Price was fair. The hotel is further from the airport than I expected. It was in a quiet area but you are not able to go out walking to any restaurants as there are none in the area.
property was fine. quick stay since I flew in late and took a train early the morning. got a 50 euro discount since they had to put me in the express hotel across the street
My family and I spent one night and had breakfast after a late flight to Marseille Airport. We liked the location of the hotel close to the airport. Tha staff were helpful.
Excellent location near the station, with friendly hotel staff who even allowed us to borrow a corkscrew and wine glasses, and convenient shuttle service to the airport.
