1. Location is good as it is close to Disneyland via RER A, although we have to walk a good 750 meters to the station. 2. Neighborhood was quite unlike the super crowded Paris city 3. The toilet and bathroom are separate, which is better than having them together for multiple families living in the apartment. 4. Supermarkets are close by and are open till 9.30 pm
