My partner and I stayed in Apartment 5 (top floor) and it was awesome! The location was absolutely perfect for us. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and we could walk everywhere from the apartment. It was also close to multiple metro stops which made it easier to get across the city. The view of Notre Dame out our window was magical and you could see Sacre Coeur peeking over the tops of the surrounding buildings. The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in September but there was a bit of a heat wave (daytime temps in the 90s) but we were still very comfortable when we’d come back to the apartment. There were two fans and the windows opened up for a nice cross breeze. The bathroom was great with a large sink and nice shower. I highly recommend this spot!

In the very center of the Latin Quarter, located close to the famous Panthéon, charming Place de la Contrescarpe, Sorbonne University, Saint Germain and the gorgeous Luxembourg gardens, this building offers a unique opportunity: • It is an exceptional deal: all apartments have been designed with extra care. There are 3 apartments that can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests (2 queen beds and a comfortable sofa bed), and two extra ones of same area designed for 4 guests (including a sofa bed). • The stone building was constructed in the 1800s. The building was fully refurbished and redesigned by an architect in 2016. The owners have preserved the traditional French apartment style with the beautifully exposed wooden-beams. The apartments are super functional. The owners have also preserved the elegant French terra cotta tiled floor with a variation of colour and thickness in certain parts of the apartment. This floor style dates back to around 150 years, if not more, and is of great historical significance.
We are In Beau Paris. In the sector of seasonal rentals for more than 8 years now, we manage around 100 apartments in Paris and over 2000 reservation per year. The apartments that we manage are very well equipped and well located in the city. They are close to public transport and convenient.
The apt location is a perfect base to visit Paris : based in the heart of the old Paris, facing Notre Dame and the trendy Ile saint Louis with, at walking distance, the Marais where are the best clothes shops of Paris. The Sorbonne University, the famous Jardin des Plantes, the Pantheon, the arenes de Lutece, Luxembourg garden and the Cluny Museum of Medieval arts are all steps away. Cross the street and stroll along the banks of the Seine, enjoy a drink on one of the many barges or dance Tango in the “Tino Rossi” square in summer evening time. It stays 10 minute by subway to most interesting Paris locations. - The Latin Quarter area and the neighbouring Saint Germain area are very lively and full of restaurants, cafés, Jazz clubs, cinemas and trendy shops. - The Latin Quarter is a very lively area. Walk to “Rue Mouffetard” & “place de la Contrescarpe” to have an outside dinner, stroll in the nearby and beautiful “Jardin du Luxembourg”, visit Ile Saint Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Pantheon, the Sorbonne university, le “Paradis Latin” Cabaret and the Saint Germain area. One finds plenty of restaurants, shops, cinemas and many cultural sites to visit.
