The apartment is located in a 17th century building on the 4th floor with no lift. The apartment is 50m2 composed of 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. One room has its own private ensuite. Main bathroom has shower and toilet. The apartment also has an open-plan lounge room and American style kitchen with stove top and microwave oven. The apartment offers all the comforts for your tourist or business stays. The apartment is also equipped with wifi and a TV
We are an international couple (French and Australian) who have traveled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and Australia, we love to make our guests feel like they are in their home away from home. After spending years living abroad, we have settled in the beautiful South of France and we can't wait to introduce you to our beautiful city.
The apartment is located in the heard of the OLD TOWN - a very vibrant, lively district. It is the heart of the city and there is so much to explore in this area - restaurants, cafes, museums, galleries, cathedrales, boutiques - something for everyone! The apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from the beaches and the Promenade des Anglais, and the Cours Saleya shopping and eating district. The iconic Place Masséna and the famous "Avenue Jean Médecin" shopping district are less than a five minute walk. For a short stroll and to enjoy a panoramic view of Nice you can go to the Colline du Château which is right next to Old Nice. From the port, you can take boat trips to Villefranche (whale and dolphin excursions), Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Cannes and the Lérins Islands. This apartment offers you all the necessary comfort and is ideally located to make the most of your holidays with family or friends where the sea and the sun await you!
