Quiet room for the most part. Quirky design fitted a lot of room into not a lot of space. Convenient location to get to from CDG airport and also into the city centre. Provided some very nice body wash for the shower and enough towels that we didn't need to ask for more. Staff were very friendly and polite.
Location on arrival was swarming with homeless people going through rubbish, I've been used to small numbers of homeless people but there were 100's making it very intimidating. Nearby streets felt like places you would not want to walk around at night in with lots of graffiti and rubbish everywhere. Breakfast was not as impressive as the poster made it out to be. The room was clearly well used, needing a coat of paint and some things to be replaced. The shower head did not want to remain in place making showering awkward as it would fly out of the bracket.
Hotel was clean and comfy in a good location up to 10 minutes walk to Garibaldi metro station. All Ibis budget hotels are great modern and clean standard no matter where are located. Always 100 percent satisfied there.thx
some of the staff were friendly but the entire hotel seemed unfinished and even for a budget hotel it was exceptionally bare and basic
some of the staff were very rude. it says on the website that if we were in need of more clothes, pillows or cups we could come to reception we could ask for more. however when we ask we were rudely told no and then the man continued ignoring us and talking to another worker and never looked at us again. these security and night staff seemed to look down on us for not knowing full french when we are only tourists, or that we were a young group. very dissapointed.
Its not possible for a taxi to stop outside hotel. Hotel is overlooked completely by the Periferique motorway . Very noisy at night . no proper soundproofing so you hear every movement late at night . Also too much traffic noise .not possible to get a tea/coffee except a crap one from a dispenser . Address is completely misleading . THe hotel is not in Montmartre ,its in St. Ouen
1)The receptionist was rude. 2)Bathroom was sick. It was freezing cold outside and the water was not as hot as expected for a bath. 3)The pillow was horrible. It had no proper structure too. 4)Toilet was dirty and No dustbin in the toilet.
Cleanliness, Price, Comfort
5 minutes from metro, clean
The location. Prostitute s, drug's. I didn't feel safe. The staff is totally unprepared. The breakfast is too much simple.
I based my expectation on an IBIS styles hotel in London and thought that Paris would have similar standards but I very quickly found out that I was mistaken! However, the staff helped me to choose another hotel, which would be according to what I was looking for, which I found helpful.
Let's start with the area, which is shocking! There is a market about 100 yrds from the hotel or maybe even less full of tramps! I am not even exaggerating. Then, moving onto the hotel itself, in the room, the toilet has marks on it, no need to guess what the marks are of! the double bed is very small and low, quite uncomfortable. Staff cannot communicate with you as they only speak French, which I do not agree with as this an international company and English is a worldwide language. I left the hotel within one hour of arriving. I had booked a two night stay with booking.com unfortunately for a non-refundable price. But I thought WHO CARES? Anything was better than staying here. In all honestly, if you are with a friend, or bunch of lads looking for a weekend trip of getting drunk etc then this hotel is fine. But if you are coming with family or you're with someone who you feel you need to make some sort of impression with then this is one hotel you should stay clear of.
Good location and Monoprix store in another side.
Sometimes very small insects in a sink and on the table.
Almost all personal is like angry; the rooms has a strange smell (such as tabaco). Never buy the breakfeast is really small and poor; and the worst is expensive.
Excellent value for money
Room was without telephone
The hotel was fairly clean
The area is dangerous.Staff is unfriendly/rude. Noisy all night long. Not a safe area to stay at. Would not recommend.
Good room size and amazing location near shops and metro links. The staff were very understanding about checking in and checking out times which helped to make the stay an all around more enjoyable experience.
Bed wasn't overly comfy and the toilet was not very clean but who cares for a location that great and cheap!
Cheap and affordable. Close to metro lines into the city. Excellent shower.
Location - easy to get to from Porte de Saint-Ouen metro station Fresh décor, clean sheets Fantastic price
No kettle/tea/coffee One thin pillow Toilet could have been cleaner
The toilet room smelled really bad
Room price is relatively good compared to other Hotels in Paris, a supermarket is just beside the hotel and the Metro Station is about 300 meters far from Hotel.
The rooms are too small , the location is noisy and relatively low standard
I wouldn't recommend this place not even to my enemies. The staff from reception tried to trick us, "forgot" to give us the change when we payed for the room. The window of the room was broken, the furniture was dirty, everything was like a nightmare. And the hotel was located in the ghetto of Paris.
Minimaliste, trop cher pr la prestation
the room is clean and tidy. Near subway station. Only one staff ( french guy forgot his name was friendly).. The rest were very unfriendly and rude
The room is actually not bad but most of the staff are really not friendly and on top of that, we had someone entered our room late at night around 4am and when we heard the door was opened, that person went back out . Luckly me and sister were awake that time. And when we informed the staff about the incidence they didnt do anything about it! The door is locked by passcode from the front side and theres no extra lock from inside if someone open the door from outside provided they know thw passcode. Dissapointed especially when the staff did nothing .
Staff was lovely to us Clean rooms Good location Nice breakfast
Lots of homeless people outside ( not the hotels fault) No facilities in the room ( no kettle or iron) which was hard considering we traveled with a baby(We were not allowed to use fridge to keep baby milk )
