The room was ideal for my purposes, and the location excellent.
4 nights in Paris for 2 people for €190. Clean en suite shower and toilet. Fresh bedding & towels each day,
Room with tv( unfortunately tv in our room was not working n asked reception staff but did nothing) anand other basic facilities. Clean room, comfortable bed. Value for money
Location is worst. Flee market outside hotel. No proper place to eat out around hotel.
cheap and clean
Staff is very un-helpful. As a matter of fact they gave me the impression that they are "annoyed" to help.
Free wifi only thing good
Booked 4 rooms all the windows were broken heaters were broken in 2 rooms so we had to be moved. Cleaniness off every room was appalling nd I had 3 small kids staying with us. The location was very poor to central Paris nd the area was very run down nd rather intimidatingly scary. Would not let a dog stay here.
One unfriendly receptionist
It's a nice place for those who are looking for a little more privacy. The beds are really confortable.
It's a little far from the subway.
Feels intimidating walking to and from the station (a bit rough). One of our rooms really smelled of cigarettes and despite opening the window while we were out could not get rid. Have been to a couple of Ibis Budgets and this was definitely the worst kept. Very dirty, especially the lifts. That said, you get what you pay for!
VERY unfriendly staff. Just one person working for a lot people in the lobby. Normally you have to wait between 30min - 1 hour in the mornings. A lot of groups of people which make very difficult to have breakfast, you have to wait 10-15 min to enter to the breakfast room. Bad internet connection.
Great trip hotel you get what you pay for more than adequate for what we needed
Paris is wonderful and vibrant and on a budget visit this hotel, in combination with a Paris travel pass is ideal.
Comfort of room.
Room was clean with good housekeeping staff.
The staff was not really friendly.
Good wifi connexion and room cleaned every day.
Unfortunately we were woken up a number of times throughout one evening by others shouting who had no respect for those sleeping in rooms nearby.
I think the location is not so bad especially the fact that there is a street market very close to the hotel. There is one black female receptionist who was very helpful and friendly. Even though she couldn't speak good English, she tries her best to know what you need and helps with a lovely smile.
One of the black female receptionist there isn't friendly at all. She just can't be bothered to assist with any request. The most annoying thing is when she tells you in English that she can't speack English. I also don't like the fact that every TV channel in the hotel is French. Even when the programme being shown is in english, the French translation overshadows the whole programme and make the programme difficult to understand and enjoy. I think guests of the hotel should be given discounts over the car park charges.
a lot of good automats( beverages, coffe, food, higienic packs)
cleaners were very loud every morning,so we coudn't sleep after 9.
Ants in the room Only 2 towels for 3 people Poor wifi Not very nice surroundings No parking outside for off loading
not far from station
noise from others guests
I come back it's ok in general
No station train close the hotel
clean, white sheets
Not sound proof. could be cheaper
The room was clean and hygeine.
Cleaning were made every day, change of towels, soap and so on. Staff always at disposal and the place is not to far from the underground n°13.
the sink in our room was obstructed and separated from the bathroom. Actually there were no bathroom but just a little room for the toilet and a big box with the shower, anyway not bad at all and fully functional. The sink was next to bed. It's cheap but for 2-3 days it's totally worth it!
basic and clean room. Helpful staff
100's of illegal traders directly outside hotel were very intimidating and messy.
not alot to like
location was awful, scary looking people everywhere, felt unsafe, bed was rock hard, portaloo in room, small heater on full and was still cold
The heating was broken while the temperature outside was in minus, they didn't fix it on time. the metro station is quiet far there are no restaurants in near proximate and the staff is not very helpful they are usually not present at the front desk.
