A large independent house on 20 ha of unfenced land. On the ground floor, you can enjoy a beautiful entrance with separate WC, the dining room, the living room with two sofas and television and a beautiful, fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, oven, micro -waves, 4 induction burners, washing machine-dryer). A gallery/library with a view of the park serves the three bedrooms upstairs. They are all equipped with air conditioning, 1 160x200 bed and 2 90x190 bunk beds. The 1st has a bathroom with bathtub and WC and the others have a bathroom with a sink, a shower and a WC. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture, a ping-pong table and a barbecue.
