Very friendly and helpful hosts. Excellent breakfast. Rooms very clean. Location is great to explore the countryside around Nice and Grasse. Very quiet. Excellent value.
Located in Fayence, 30 mi from Nice, Les chambres du Restaurant le Castellaras - Teritoria features an outdoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool and sun terrace. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar.
The village is really picturesque. The medieval roads are very inviting to explore, there is a little market in the weekend and surprisingly many options to have a drink or dinner. Also some options for shopping. The locals were extremely friendly and welcoming. Several other small villages in the surrounding to explore.

Very good restaurants for dinner.
Very good restaurants for dinner. Historic little town perched on the side of a hill. very picturesque, and a great base for touring the area. We had short local trips to nearby places and longer trips eg to Montecarlo. The local roads are a little narrow and steep, so we avoided driving after dark. It was advisable to make restaurant reservations during the day in advance.

I have never heard of Fayence until we decided to take a trip that involved a pickleball tournament there. What a gem! Fayence is a village on the side of a hill between the sea and the mountains (between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël). We visited end of August and stayed in Au bon accueil, which is around the corner from everything and had views of the city and mountains. The local market is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays by the church. We ate at the Michelin rated restaurant, Les Tempes de Cerises, on our last night there. What a memorable meal. EVERYTHING was delicious. We also at at La Strega during our trip a few times as the meals were delicious and they were open late too. We also walked to the Statue Gardens, which is also by the church. On Thursday night, there was dancing in the same square by the church where the local market is also located.
Do know that if you stay in Fayence, bells ring from 6:00-23:00 the number of times for the hour (might be twice at 6:00) and once at the half hour. You get used to it.
Fayence may be small but it’s got a lot of personality. I look forward to returning!

Charming medieval hilltop village with a commanding view of the countryside. One of the best restaurants we have ever enjoyed at Le Moulin de la Camandoul (inn). Famous soaring (gliders) center at Fayence airport. Way underrated in the guidebook we had. Tip: if you rent a car to drive there, make it small, an automatic, and carry a good GPS device. Streets are VERY narrow, steep, and winding, making it hard to keep your bearings.) Nice shops, including ceramics at Soleils Aux Fayence.
Secure gated area, very peaceful grounds and very friendly, helpful staff. We needed secure parking and space for traveling with a dog so it was perfect!
The communication was easy with the reception, multiple choices provided, very organised and efficient.
The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and colourful. There are many playgrounds and big pool.
Supermarkets, local stores, lovely villages in near driving distance.
Also not far from the motorway A8 and the L’Estrel hiking heaven but also various pebble or sand beaches.
Location and views from the apartment were fantastic, everything you need even tetley tea bag’s,parked in the square behind church free, make sure it’s not market day next day(tow away zone)walk to the apartment about 250 mts down hill, coming back up was more challenging depending on your luggage, restaurants with 3-5 min walk ,I throught the apartment was up stairs, there were no stairs straight of the street, owners live up stairs and more than happy to help in any way
This rental is absolutely fantastic. Exquisite, recently renovated apartment (July 2022), thoroughly modern with classic touches. Air conditioning; Wifi; large, comfortable bed; kitchen, and a fabulous view. Right in the heart of Fayence. But the best part of the rental is the owners - Delphine and Jérémy are wonderful! Very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Probably my best Airbnb experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Fantastic location in the heart of the village. Amazing views from the south facing terrace, which was large and in full sun from 0800-1800 even in October. Very large duplex apartment, virtually a house, with large rooms and with every comfort that you could wish, including quiet air conditioning. All the facilities of Fayence within a five minute walk. Exceeded my expectations and would definitely stay again
The farm is a nice getaway from the city. They had homemade jam and wines; lovely! Nice dinner ambience, the dinner was made by the owners - it was delicious & we enjoyed the vegetables served from the farm to table. Plus, Fayence center is not too touristy. There's a lot of nature nearby the area to visit (lake, stream)
This whole establishment is exquisite - the hosts run it seemingly effortlessly with style and aplomb-they are lovely friendly people and run one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we have had . A big thank you & hopefully see them again as friends.
The studio was large, well laid out and clean. Good, comfortable bed, equipped kitchen and beautiful decor.
We found it by car, and only a short drive into Fayence. Good value for money, and the hosts were kind
This old mill is full of charme and history. Loved the breakfast on the terrace surrounded by roses and with a view on the cute village of Fayence, the beautiful garden and teh delicious dinners.
Very warm welcome with excellent suggestions as to sites to see in restaurants to try. We were traveling with bikes our provided a safe and secure location for our bikes.
The hotel looks like a fairy tale! The garden, the breakfast area, the living room and the bedroom look like a peaceful, full of love and hope dream! Absolutely unique!!!
