The hotel is located on the main square in the center of the city. Even though it was just a one night stay as a break for the cross-country drive, everything we needed was within walking distance. My 10-years old boy stayed in a totally separate single-bed room with his own toilet and bathroom adjoining our double bed room with the same facilities.. So we had plenty of bathrooms and beds to use!
Brunch on Sunday morning was a delight. We chose the formula with a small bottle of champagne, which was very appropriate for the Champagne region!

The room was nice, enough space, an electric radiator was inside but we didn't needed. Medium size tv. The bed was ok. Clean. The reception staff was very nice. Parking lot was big and free. The shower and the sink was in a room and the WC was in a smaller room without sink. But it was ok.

The self check-in takes your payment before telling you if it can print a room key. In our case it couldn’t, leaving me, my wife and 2 young children stranded, with no one to call to help. Shocking, disgusting and disgruntled.

We have stayed here several times before and have got to know both the town and the hotel well. We really like it and use it as an annual stop of to and from skiing. We book the restaurant Les Sarments in Place de Republique. Great food and atmosphere but it is important to book in adavance.

We only stopped overnight but the hotel was on the town square and there was free overnight parking immediately outside the hotel. There were also a number of eateries and bars on the square which all appeared acceptable.
We didn't have the time to stay and look around the town next day but it looked to have some interesting features and was a fairly typical French town with easy access to the Autoroute.

This is a perfect place for those who like culture, history and architecture, e.g. Notre Dame-en-Vaux, or Chalons cathedral and would like to taste champagne or to discover the picturesque tiny villages in the Champagne region. Not far from the Catalaunian plaines (Attila/Aetius 451 CE/AD).

A great place to use as a stop over or even spend a couple of days to visit the local Champagne Houses in nearby Epernay. A good selection of bars and restaurants all serving tasty food. Chalons-en-Champagne is very easy to walk around with no traffic to cause you any problems. The central square is a great place to park.

Fantastic spacious apartment equipped with all we needed. Communication and welcome from Celine was excellent and we felt at home straight away (even though we were only staying for 1 night). Parking in the free public carpark adjacent was straight forward and the good sized supermarket nearby was really helpful
Would highly recommend Celine's loft appartment!
We have stayed in quite a few hotels when travelling to and from our house in France. This was a very pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful, the room was adequate and the parking was opposite. We had read the reviews re dogs not allowed in the breakfast area so did not have breakfast, plenty of places to pick up a croissant. It is a good stop over location.
Immediately next to one of France's best examples of "flamboyant Gothic" architecture, this hotel had it all. "Jardin charme," spa-like bathrooms, and a pool for the kids. Excellent. The adjoining restaurant was just exceptional food and a fun Champagne sampling to kick-off the 4 Star Dinner.
We used the hotel previously and find it perfect as a stop over point on our way to the south of France or Italy.
Parking and breakfast are good, the hotel is a short walk to the main square and they were able to make a restaurant recommendation and booking. Will use again.
Nice reception area, room was actually a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette, lounge area and enclosed balcony. Was all new and clean, nice spacious bathroom with big towels. Underground parking was handy as it was pouring with rain. Near city centre but quiet.
We had a wonderful stay.. Lovely modern apartment, spacious, nearby supermarket, safe parking, surprisingly quiet. All communications, checkin checkout were remotely managed, but Celine was prompt and helpful.
Definitely recommend.
The hotel is located right in the center of Châlons-en-Champagne, near all tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and unlike in many other hotels, towels weren't replaced every day (at my request).
We needed a place to stay on way from South of France to Tunnel.
Was pleasantly surprised at BnB, comfortable, staff were very helpful and accommodation provided us with a clean environment and comfortable bed.
We liked the location in a quiet neighbourhood and the fact that the accommodation is secluded.
Great to have breakfast in our own space.
Easy access to nearby eating places and close to motorway
It is in a nice quiet area with very old buildings close by.
A lovely boulangerie very close too.
Easy access to appartment and parking nearby if you don't arrive too late in the evening.
Right in the hearth of the town, lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, but a quiet environment. The hotel parking was particularly useful for us and it was easy to reserve a parking.
All in all this was a very good hotel. Good parking garage. Very comfortable bed Nice chairs good desk. very good fridge.. i like the idea of a separate toilet from the bath room.
Very friendly efficient staff. Lovely breakfast. Off-street parking available. Restaurant full but staff recommended a super restaurant nearby. Great stop over.
