Everything about this property was an incredible experience. When one thinks luxury and service, Cap Estel goes above and beyond. One truly feels pampered and attended to in an extremely well-appointed space. I will definitely be back!

It’s beautiful place if you like walking as the beach is a little way down the mountain . You have to drive or take the bus . There’s not much to do here but eat in restaurants on old cobbled streets and look at art .
For those who are fit it’s good to hike on a rugged road to the beach it takes a hour and is hairy , but you feel a sense of achievement .

An overall nice stay with a great view but an odor in our room took over our entire stay experience. We were unable to stay in the suite we booked which was unfortunate. The service was good sometimes and bad other times. It depended who we spoke to. We ate at the restaurant two nights in a row and it had a nice view the food was good too. I enjoyed the buffet style breakfast every morning. I also had a private transportation for my big family of 7 to get around. I would not recommend their in-house taxi service because it was way overpriced. Our private transportation that we booked for other days was cheaper. Local Taxi's also charged a better rate. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves minus the odor and suite situation.

Incomparable view onto Èze and coast.
Incomparable view onto Èze and coast. Well appointed, spacious and furnished terrace/grounds, which allows one to make most of view, as apartment smaller than expected. Excellent location to tour from though car needed. Èze itself, must be experienced especially early morning or late afternoon, when crowds are gone. Memorable stay.

Truly beautiful!
Truly beautiful! Would have liked to have visited the beach but we had other days in other locations planned at the beach. The old Eze village is worth the trip - amazing buildings, cute shopping, and excellent pizza at the bottom. Taxi drivers are very helpful and friendly.

We spent only one night, but loved it.
Eze Hermitage is practically at the top of the city. Great view.
Walked around the grounds. Had to call the hotel to get directions.
GPS bailed on us a couple of times.
I love the city and I love it more when I stay in this hotel it’s very near from the places that I love the bus stations is like 2 m in front of the hotel the hotel reception and the restaurant of the hotel is one office and they are very helpful. The hotel is two floors OK no elevators but the guys there are very helpful they take my luggage to the room, my stay was in the music day so the hotel celebrates and they bring a band and they cooked a very nice meal too for only 25 €. I love it and I will come over.
I really loved the location! Our room was a little musty - perhaps off season so it wasn't used much? We didn't get the breakfast that we paid for. Not sure what happened there.
The staff did give us a GREAT tip for how to take the local trail to Eze and allowed us to park our rental car there while we visited Eze. The staff and proprietor were very helpful and friendly and were British and Scottish so spoke fluent English which was very helpful to give us directions to take the trail down to visit Eze.
The location is perfect! This location may be much better than ones inside of the village or up on the hills. The bus stops, the village, supermarket, gas station, and restaurants are literally a minute away.
This studio is very well-kept, clean. The bed is super comfortable. All amenities are supplied for this stay.
The owners response right away. Any questions or requests are quickly taken care of by them.
I definitely recommend this place and will stay when I have chances to visit beautiful Eze village.
After 10 days, I calmed myself and finally I can start to write this review. I'm not a picky person, usually I gave good rates for hotel. But this hotel really disappointed me a lot. (Maybe I had too much expectation because of the price and other good reviews).
- Staff: The staffs are very nice and helpful, always smiling and friendly.
- View: The view from hotel is great, you can see a panorama of sea and mountain.
- Welcome: Staffs opened the Air conditioner before we check in.
The Staff.
The hotel looks recently renovated.
We could self check-in since we arrived during lunch closure hours.
The quick response of the Maintenance staff to fix our sliding door to the garden, which we discovered at 8pm, that it wouldn't close.
Staying right in the village. Even though it's right on the main road, once you closed both doors, it was fairly quiet in the room.
The covered patio area was a nice addition but, see below.
Everything listed was provided.
The location, location, location. I mean, you’re staying at the top of a medieval stone village, overlooking what must be one of the world’s all time greatest views. Seriously. And the village itself could not be more picturesque. While Eze is very, very popular and full during the day, it’s ridiculously peaceful and quiet at night. Hotel staff, especially the bellmen, the bar staff and the valets, are all extremely friendly, fast, and kind.
Good property, the facilities are not as outdated as some of the reviews claim, the pool is not big to swim across the Atlantic but perfect size for a quick dip. The hotel now operates shuttles to the Eze Village and then one can take a public bus to the beach. If you are in good health, definitely take the Nietzsche path from Eze Village down the mountain to the beach, it’s quite an experience and the views are outstanding!
This 15th century house has the most incredible views of the Mediterranean coast, and the beautiful town surrounding it. The Hosts were amazing and supplied everything we needed. The village of Eze is spectacular with small shops and restaurants everywhere. Even Michelin Star restaurants. We will return to this spot. It's a small secret place that is perfect.
Great apartment on the top floor that contained everything we needed. Elevator. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Large terrace with fantastic views to the sea, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and the medieval town of Èze. Nice swimming pool with a good temperature. Parking in our own garage indoors, a bit tight, but our Skoda Octavia stw just got space.
What an incredible hotel! It’s hard to say what we liked about the hotel because everything was perfect. We travelled as a family to celebrate a wedding anniversary so we were unsure about taking a 5 years old with us, but the hotel and restaurant was very family friendly and we were very well looked after.
Marilyn the receptionist was fantastic, going out of her way to help us and give advice. The room was quite large and had a nice balcony. Parking was easy, great for a crowded area like Eze. The town itself was very conveniently near, but far away enough not to be noisy.
La Vieille Bergerie is cozy and comfortabe where is a good place where you can go hiking too, it's easy to go to Eze village about 2.8 KM where you can go about 30 mins on foot. I like their breakfast whick provided several kinds of bread, juice, coffee....etc.
The Eze village is very beautiful and quiet to stay for a relaxing vacation, while at the same time you are in the middle of Nice and Monaco for vibrant life. The apartment is renovated with a fantastic sea and nature view!
Great stay in the hills of Eze! The hotel was lovely, the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms were comfortable. We travelled around the nearby region with car, with easy parking at the hotel.
